Fairly new to the area and was looking for the perfect nail tech: Quick, efficient, great quality work at reasonable prices. I finally found this here with nail tech Linh! No matter what picture I have asked her to duplicate, she does it even better. I'm sure all their techs are good...but I am so happy to have found Linh! The shop is clean and lovely and they are real good about honoring your appointment time.

I finally learned my lesson for coming to ths salon! There is only one person that halfway knows how to do nails at this salon, and it's one of the owners! I left and came back her a couple of times and my mom never went back because of how bad her nails were done. Most of the time I have to sit and wait 10 or more minutes before they take me. While doing my nails he goes to answer the phone to make more appointments during my service. I stopped on the way to get cash for the tip. On the way there the owner called me because I was a couple minutes late. I tried answering while I was driving but hung up on accident. Tried several times to call back but there was a busy signal because the ownwer was trying to call me at the same time. I was almost to the parking lot and so parked and went in. After being FIVE MINUTES late..He was already doing someone elses nails! I asked do you aren't going to do my nails now? He raised his voice and said, I tried calling you four times! This place is so unfriendly, rushed, unprofessional and inexperienced. Don't waste your money...I've learned my lesson.

I had a no chip manicure, I love how they turned out but $40 seems a little excessive. I’d go back if they lowered the prices a bit.

I love this nail salon so much!! My nails are never thick or bulky and they always perfectly shape my nails! The staff is super sweet and overall the atmosphere is super nice!

I’ve been a client for several years and consistently have a great experience. They’re methodical in their scheduling, use automated communication for reminders, the quality of their service is always great and their salon is clean and well-maintained. Can’t recommend highly enough.

How very disappointing. The last couple of visits were subpar, but because I had previously enjoyed my experiences and had referred them to many family and friends, I have kept giving them “another chance”. Well, after booking 2 deluxe pedicures (with no-chip for me) for my husband and myself, and feeling quite rushed and given VERY little massage time for a total of $132 with tip, we have decided to move on. We even travel a distance to frequent this salon, but time to explore more convenient, and hopefully, more service-oriented options nearby.

I have a good experience each time I go. It's always clean and everyone is friendly. I love that their pedicure room is seperate from where they do everything else.

Looks gorgeous inside! I had called and asked how long the wait for walk-ins were, and was told to come in. Yet when I arrived they told me they were too busy today….? More than a little misleading/wrong to tell me to come in if so.

Called to let them know we are coming in a few minute late due to traffic. Then we are sitting down to do our service, in the middle of the service they said they wouldn’t be able to do the full service. They charged me full price for half of the service they did. Asked why they charged me full price for half the service they didn’t do.Then he disrespected me by pointing a finger in my face calling me a lier for coming in a few minutes late due to traffic.

I had hoped for some resolution of the disappointment of my recent visit by sending a dm. Nsm. I think all should know that 3 mani pedis will run around $350. No accessories nor detail. The staff is pleasant enough but the pricing is beyond north shore. This was for my daughter's wedding and when I questioned the pricing I was told that EVERYTHING was extra. Didn't do cuticles, it's extra. Simple French. Cannot recommend and again, don't like to blow businesses up in reviews yet after dm, no real effort to make me feel better about this exorbitant cost. No i DON'T need them done again. And definitely not here.

Wonderful pedicure! Very relaxing and pedi looks great. Friendly staff. Clean and beautiful setting. Dark, quiet pedi room with massage chairs makes it easy to unwind. Kim does a phenomenal job! Highly recommend!

I think I’m officially taking a break, which is a shame because they used to be in my favorite nail salon. My last three experiences have been less than stellar, and the prices have been inconsistent. I’ve also requested a certain nail tech each time, and that has not been honored. The first two trips I had the exact same services done, regular pedicure and dip manicure. My first trip, I paid with a card and it was $82. My second trip, I paid with cash and it was $87, but they’re supposed to give you a discount if you pay cash, so I’m not sure how I ended up paying more for my second visit. I gave them $100 cash and I got $3 back. My most recent trip, I just had a regular pedicure and manicure and it was $75. I have never paid that much for a mani/pedi there and it looks like I did my nails myself. There are blemishes in the polish and can see the parts of the nail where topcoat was not applied. The polish that got onto my skin was not removed, and I’m pretty sure I still have some old nail polish left on one fingernail, another one was not filed. For all three experiences, my cuticles were never trimmed on my hands and no arm massage. I had the pointy end of the cuticle trimmer jammed up my toenail bed on my pinky toe twice. They seem to rush you now, where it didn’t feel like that previously. I had been going there pretty consistently for the last couple of years, but I don’t think I’ll be going back.

By far the BEST pedicure in the area. Amazing! I go regularly and look forward to it every time. I also get acrylics there and are the best and most consistent I have found here! Owner knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend.

Haven't had my nails done for years and decided to treat myself and saw this place had great ratings. Pulled up and see on the window Walk In Welcome. It's 4pm I show up and they close at 7pm. There is only 3 customers in the shop and he tells me Walk In not Welcome today. 🤔

The staff here are efficient and so kind and I’m always happy with my nails (acrylic). I love the relaxing back room for pedicures too. It’s best to make your appointments a week in advance to get your desired day/time slot, but knowing the quality you will receive, it is so worth it and has easily become a routine I make special time for (as someone who used to do walk-in’s or last min appointments). It is so hard to come across a good nail salon like this! So happy to finally have found one I happily go to every other week.

I have been to several nail salons over the course of over 25 years. Crystal nails far exceeds all of them by far. Every technician is kind, attentive, caring, goes above and beyond, will address your needs and makes you feel as though you were the only one there. Aside from all of that and something I know everyone cares about, it is the cleanest place by far I have ever been to. They provide the best pedicures I’ve ever had in my life. The spa pedicure room in the back is gorgeous, and they are more than welcome to accommodate a party. They decorate for all of the holidays and it is always beautiful! I would highly recommend driving out of your way just to go to Crystal Nails. You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you so much to all of you! You are all very much appreciated!!

The salon was not honest with pricing. They should have mentioned to a new customer they will charge to remove nail polish. Removing nail polish at a nail salon seems standard. The person who did my nails knew he was soaking off my previous color and failed to mention the up charge. I prefer to do business with a company that is upfront with their new clients and do not wait until the end of the service to mention the price hike.
