i’ve been going here for a little now and i love the staff they are so sweet and welcoming and very friendly. my nail tech always does such a good job and gets it done very fast, i just went today for a fill and i am so happy with the result!

Not a clean salon. My friend's legs didn't get rinsed all the way. My tech forced my sandal on and smudge my pink toe. Polish wasn't tested per toe. Won't go back.

I have been going here for months, a bit under a year. I have been really happy with my services except for my last two fills. Van and Andy have previously been very charming and provided GREAT services from waxing to nails. At the beginning of the month, maybe around the 4th, I noticed 5 of my nails were cracked and or chipped a week and a half after I had gotten a fill. I usually only get a fill every 3-4 weeks, so this was pretty strange. When I went in Saturday, 4/6/24, I showed Van the 5 broken nails (4 had cracks in the tips and one was chipping at the side). She told me I was due for a fill and she would fix them. I told her it was a bit early for me, but okay. Rather than replace all the broken nails, she applied more acrylic to 4 and replaced 1. I vocalized my concern with the nails failing if not replaced. She reassured me. I paid full price for the service, tipped and thanked her for what I had hoped was a good job. Well, when I went to change my shirt two days later to go out for the eclipse, my one nail snapped off at the half way point, while I was putting my hand in my sleeve. I went as soon as they opened Tuesday and Andy took me. He tried to apply more acrylic to the tip on top of my natural nail that I filed down after the break. I asked, how will you get them to the same length? The nail isn’t even close to the same length anymore? He and I went back and forth until Van told him to change the nail like I wanted. The next night (Wednesday), I was speaking with a coworker and went to itch my leg and another nail snapped off, on top of nail bed. Ow. That hurt. So, the next morning, for the 3rd time in 6 days, I go back to get the nail fixed. I expressed how upset I was that I had to drive an hour and change round trip three times this week to have my nails fixed. I made sure to also mention these were the same nails that I asked to be replaced when I initially came in. Van proceeded to blame me. I chose not to speak much after that, only doing so when etiquette dictated. *To be clear and fair, I did not have to pay for the two nail repairs that occurred after getting the fill on 4/6.* I have been a loyal customer for around 8-10 months at this point. I ALWAYS tip 18-20% on top of services and believe people should be treated fairly and with respect. However, due to the repeated poor work quality and customer service, I will not be returning. I would advise others to look elsewhere either. We all work hard for our money. We shouldn’t pay for bad services, we won’t even get into the frustration of wasted time. Good luck out there! Went for a pedicure, with family members. My tech was awful. The whole thing was rushed, and did not do what most nail places do. Charged extra to scrub my feet, which is usually included and she barely did anything, it was actually uncomfortable. Also this place is not sanitary!! The same tech didn't clean anything before refilling my daughter's foot bath bowl. There was clearly dead skin from the previous person floating in it as well as mine. So gross. Won't be going back, just because of her and this experience.

Went here for a pedicure today and the woman who worked on me did a decent job painting my nails but the process was rough, rushed and not relaxing at all. There were none of the special services typical of a spa pedicure or any extra time spent making it a pleasant experience. She was done in probably less than 15 minutes and she was so rough it was painful. For this I paid $50! I wish I knew her name because I don't believe all the nail technicians there are as bad. I won't take the chance of getting the same woman again so I will not be back.

I had these nails done about two weeks ago, even grown out they are still as good and beautiful as they were before. I go here regularly and the staff is always incredibly nice to me. Prices are always relatively cheap and understandable compared to others. They always do me right! The blues ones are the most recent ones I’ve had done that I am in love with but there are pictures of other nails I’ve had done previously, along with my friends red heart nails that she also had done with me.

Crystal nails always does an amazing job! This is my second time leaving a review. The first time I got a great gel manicure, this time I got a full acrylic set with special design and it looks exactly like the picture I showed.

This place SUCKS. I am from the Bay Area (San Francisco) one of the most expensive places in the world to live. I have NEVER been charged $55 for a basic dip powder SHORT full set. I originally wanted a long full set with a coffin shape, but was told that was $85 ??? When I asked for a medium long I was quoted the $55 and said okay. Then she proceeds to cut my nails and goes shorter than medium long. So naturally I assumed that she charged me for short and I confirmed she said yes. When I get to the counter to pay I was confused because my nails are not medium long they are SHORT and still getting charged $55 for something that was incorrect. Then she argues with me!! What happened to the customer is always right? Could have take $5 off and it would be cool. Why does this place charge for EVERY little thing? They even charged my mother to scrub her feet. Is that not included in a pedicure? Jeeez can’t believe I can get exactly what I want at every nail place in California, but can’t get it here in this quiet little area LOL. First and last time going there!

I have been going to Crystal Nails for two years!! It's a super place , their work is impeccable!! I recently went to get my eyelashes done, I do not recommend this..The lashes that were used( for $80 and $40 for fill) not only destroyed my real lashes.. I also had an eye irritation. The lashes are pre-curled and VERY course in texture. After 2 fills I noticed I had NO lashes of my own remaining. Other places are expensive but, well worth it!! I do not recommend saving a few bucks to have your lashes done here. You are given No Choices as to length and bc these lashes are so heavy in weight , when the artificial lashes falls out.. it takes your real lashes with it. Everything else I have ever had done there has been WONDERFUL!! Never had a nail break on me, 1 time in 2 years , I had polish chip!! Highly recommended Crystal Nails for waxing, Nails and art, eyebrow waxing!!💅
