Nearly fell into a coma getting my foot massage. It was one of the best I’ve ever gotten. I did the skinny dip pedicure and it was amazing!!!

I love coming here because staffs are very detail and welcoming. It is 1 stop shop and you will walk out satisfied. Highly recommended

The owner is a rude and dismissive individual. He will act as if he is not the owner when presented with an issue and lie directly to your face with no hesitation. Disgusting business practices and no respect for people or the community. Be aware!

I have been coming here for 19 years and always leave satisfied. Natalie and Gary offer a wide variety of services and are very skilled in their work. I recently started the laser hair removal process and am extremely happy with my results. I suffer from PCOS and after over 25 years of shaving I wanted to try laser hair removal. I had white and very light colored hair that Natalie was able to stop the growth on. If you have questions too in and talk with Natalie she will ease your mind and you will enjoy the process.

I can not believe how down-hill this salon is now. I used to love going here for my brow waxes but Natalie has such a bad habit of rushing her jobs that she ruined my eyebrows the last time I paid her to do them, so instead this time I went in for double lash extensions totaling $50. First of all, it took her maybe 5 minutes TOPS to complete my lashes.. and this is NO COMPLIMENT! When she finished she did at least allow me to check if I saw anything I did not like. My only issue with the first time around was that the inner corner of my eye had nothing there, so I asked her to fill it in and she did so with no issue. Tbh, I did not like them at all but they were doubled already so to correct them would have been too much of a hassle, however had she slowed down and perfected them as she should have and NORMALLY DOES I believe they would have looked amazing. I've gotten lash extensions here multiple times and I've always loved them which is why I went back. There were two younger girls giving pedis to 2 women when I walked in and they were literally the only customers.. not sure why she rushed my lashes but whatever. She then asks me was I paying cash? I planned to use apple pay but she says "the card machine is down cash only". So now I'm running around to find an ATM to pay her in cash SMH not sure what that was about either.. so I paid her $60 a final $10 tip because I'll never go there again... for anything.

Very Nice clean place! owners and staff are cool people and can work around your likings. Pedicure options? There is something for everyone!! ranging from hot towels and hot stones and massaging in every pedicure!

Always had a good experience here. This time we brought the Littles. They had their own chairs and got robes, they had a great time and talked and giggled the whole way thru their pedicures.

As many times as I went over the years as a visitor of this city. I will say, I WILL NEVER GO BACK. The owners are disrespectful and they both do rush jobs. I wish the town had more nail shops. People just go because there’s no where else to go, not for the “great” service.

I had a wonderful experience as usual at crystals my nails look wonderful, holding up very well after a week. They were very accommodating for a lady like me lol. They were very understanding that I was in a lot of back pain so they pampered me big pound help you shoes off and on for your pedicure and I think they get even gave me a little extra time with the hot rocks and the massaging. It was very well needed and thoroughly enjoyed. They are very clean and sanitary place

Love the service and shop. New to area and this is my third nail salon. I am finally happy with the service. The shop is super clean and decorated exquisitely. The owners are pleasant and give excellent service. I will make this my go to nail salon.

Started out great but then i noticed there were a bunch of girls working who could only do the simple stuff and when i needed acrylic put on The main lady (Chinese woman) or the Man could only do it. She was yelling at the girls for in front of the customers, and at the end when I went to pay, The chinese man kept trying to get me to go to the ATM to get cash even though they accept cards! Never again

This place has really gone down-hill. Used to be my Go-To , now they only have 4 employees including the owners. Because how bad they have gotten. My nails were not completely what I wanted and the job was rushed I paid $90 for My nails. Then got my toes painted white pedi.. then I asked for natural set of lashes NOT DOUBLED..and she made them look really horrible like there was nothing there just so she could charge me more for doubled ones. That still looked horrible. I paid $90 for my lashes and pedi.. I spent a whopping $180 for nails toes and lashes just to absolutely hate the outcome. They always RUSH .even when there is a little bit of people. Would not recommend!!!
