I can’t stop smiling and singing praises about Crown of Glory. I took my two extremely tender headed daughters to get their long, thick natural hair done yesterday and they didn’t cry not once. I was so relieved not to see them in pain and their hairstyles are so cute. Anitra ( owner ) inquired on how they wanted their hair to look and gave them exactly what we wanted. Anitra constantly checked in and explained what she was doing or going to do; it assured me that Anitra cared about clients wants and needs. The environment was calm, warm and inviting; as soon as we entered the shop. The hairstyles greeted us with hello and smiles. When Anitra was finished with their hair ; she asked the girls if they liked their hair and if she needed to change anything. I was so impressed with the price; it was the lowest I’ve had to pay since I’ve arrived to the area. I made a follow up appointment for my daughter’s and an appointment for myself. I found my go to salon from now on. I am excited and very pleased with my experience at Crown and Glory. I would suggest Crown and Glory

One of the best salon I ever been to. I have two daughters with thick and long hair. I take pride in making sure my kids are presentable, and this place deliver every time. These ladies work in a timely manner, and give me tips on product to use for betterment of my children hair. *Quick story* Another salon I took my oldest daughter to, had damaged her hair. My first visit to Crown and Glory she took the time to explain a plan to repair the damage. She executed that plan well and brought my daughter hair back. I’m forever grateful for the impeccable knowledge of this place. This place had gifted hands!

Please do not go this place and get your hair done. There is a stylist that works there by the name of Monique the worst ever. I've been going here for years never had a problem with my lady Tracey that usually does my hair however I wanted a quick weave and of course I was recommended to Monique. Well Monique almost cut my ear off. She can barely see and she kept cutting my ear because she thought it was part of the hair weave. I literally had to snatch my ear from the scissors. Now before I got the services Monique told me how she proceeds to do the quick weave. She didn't follow her own procedure. However, because she is the professional I thought she knew what she was doing. At this time I've had to file a complaint against the business with the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. You may have had a better experience but my experience is not up for debate. I'm sharing my experience so no one else will have to experience what I have. l will never go back not just because Monique didn't know what she was doing and caused severe damage to my hair and scalp but also because the owner who I've always been cool with felt that her opinion outweighed my experience. Not a healthy environment the name means nothing without the action of the name to stand on behind your services. I don't even give this place a 1 star.

Visited mom in Prince George on Labor Day weekend. Netra worked me into her schedule. Shampoo and roller set…beautiful result. She was so nice, and the salon is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Crown of Glory Beauty Salon in Hopewell, VA!!

Always a positive and pleasant experience! The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to make appointments, respectful of time and is a COVID-conscious hair salon. The atmosphere is clean, neat & comfortable. The prices are reasonable. Hair stylist Tracy, always has our hair looking healthy, stylish and beautiful! Searching for an excellent hair salon, search no further.... Crown of Glory will not disappoint. **Highly recommend**
