Creative Eyes( Threaded Eyebrows)

I have been going to Sweeta for 14 YEARS since I was 13 years old. Up until now she has been flawless, I refuse to let anyone else touch my face besides her. However, she has recently hired new workers & has been attempting to let them start taking most of the clients. While they are phenomenal at threading eyebrows themselves, they just don’t have the same shape & style as Sweeta. I drive an hour out of my way & call ahead to make sure Sweeta is working every time before I come in. This last time I come in she is talking on the phone. I worry & think about telling her I’ll wait until you’re done with your phone call but I decided to trust her instead. She COMPLETELY ruined my eyebrows. She rushed through them & made them extremely uneven. I was SPEECHLESS. I had to sit in the parking lot with a pair of tweezers and attempt to fix them. The ends are messed up, one eyebrow is bigger than the other, and she left so many hairs above my eyelid. I am so upset with her for being sloppy and rushing my eyebrows. After 14 consistent years of loyalty I will NOT be going back to her ever again. She needs to retire now if she’s going to continue to ruin people’s eyebrows. I am livid.

They ruined my eyebrows. Both eyebrows are not even match with each other ..very disappointed.

I only wanted my eyebrows waxed. She tried to overcharge me even though I saw her prices online. She pressured me into tinting them which I really did not want and then turned them way to dark. I am a natural blonde and they were completely brunette. I was disappointed and asked he kindly to remove it. She kept trying to sell it to me anyways and kept rubbing at my brows and then cut more off even when I explicitly told her not to. I like the shape she started with originally and now my eyebrows are too thin, uneven, dark, and my face is all red. She even had the audacity to make me feel bad when she clearly asked for a price that was higher than what was posted online and in her store. Poor management, service, and temperament overall. I just wanted a touch up and instead I got heckling and disrespect.

I’ve been coming to this business since she opened at this location. For the past 6+ years I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes and they thread my brows in 3 minutes. My brows always turn out perfectly, but if there is a certain way you ask for them to be done they always accommodate. They are all very wonderful at what they do and have amazing customer service on top of that! Thank you always!!!

Only asked for clean up but they ended up ruining my eyebrows shape now I have two different size unmatched eyebrows.

i have gone to sweta since she was in meijer. nobody else on this planet is as gentle and sweet as her. not once have i left her chair feeling less than amazing!

She is the best!!! Drove 45 minutes just to get eyebrows waxed because she is a perfectionist and does an amazing job. Not to mention she is so sweet and deserves all the business❤️

Cut my eye lid with the thread. I have a cut line on my eyelid it looks ugly. My lines aren’t crisp and concise I probably will not return.

I showed her a picture of how I wanted my eyebrows. She butchered them! One is completely thiner than the other! I am going on a trip to California tomorrow. Now i have to pay someone else to fix them! In the picture you can see how the beginning of one eyebrow is much thinner than the other one. The second picture is the one I showed her for reference.
