Grace Fleta is incredible and excellent. I went to her because I read that she was great with men’s long hair (as well as women’s hair). I realized after her collaboration and great interpersonal skills that she was very smart and had originally been trained as a consultant at a top consulting firm. Not only does she have a problem solving skill set (and my hair was a mess), she styled my hair perfectly. To say the least, I’m incredibly impressed with my hair style and Grace gained a client who knows in time I’ll have to schedule an appointment months in advance since she’ll be so busy.

I would recommend my stylist Grace Fleta to anyone who needs hair service! She has helped me couple times of coloring and she has always very professional, patient (I have a lot long hairs), and nice! Plus, I really like her personality! Receptionist here is also very nice. It’s not a big store, but it has everything I need!

Grace Fleta was absolutely lovely! I am in town for the week and was looking for a good blowout and cut. Grace gave me the EXACT cut and style I wanted. She really took her time to listen to me and what I wanted and offered a plan unlike other stylists I have gone to back home. Grace has the most gentle hands and was very personable as well. She even sent me with products to keep the humidity at bay while I am in town. 10/10 If I lived in the area she would DEFINITELY be my stylist!

I just have to say, Ali is such a light!! Not only did she do a great job on my hair, but she was also so fun and easy to talk to- definitely the friendliest hairdresser I’ve ever had:-)

I wanted to write a review because I looked for skincare reviews prior to booking and only saw really great hair services reviews. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Craft for facials/dermaplaning. Services felt rushed and the dermaplaning quality was very low. Service was $160 (before gratuity) for a facial with dermaplaning that lasted approximately 45mins including changing time. The front desk coordinator I spoke with the schedule was so lovely. I think she was more excited for me than I even was to get my first facial after having my baby! She was so helpful. Unfortunately for a postpartum small pampering experience, this was a disappointment. On the plus side, they are open on Mondays and the person who answered my email was kind and open to feedback.

ALI IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST WITH BLONDE HAIR!!!! She is so kind and makes you feel so safe in her chair. She walks you through every step and makes sure you have the best results. Koror is the manager of the salon and is so personable. All the employees are friendly and welcoming. You feel like you’ve known everyone for years!!! Best salon in Nashville!!!!!!

I have been seeing Korie for almost 5 years now and can’t say enough amazing things. Every time you walk in you are greeted by someone on the team and offered a drink. Everyone is always so welcoming. In addition to the great atmosphere, Korie absolutely brought my hair back to life after a bad color job out of state all while making sure my hair looked good. I would recommend her or anyone on their team over and over again.

I have followed Korie (the owner) around for years! For a low maintenance girlie like myself , she does the most perfect cuts. Her low-lights and highlights get me compliments allllll the time. I’m Korie for life. Also the salon is SO cute and all of the staff are so sweet. Great location with lots of street parking

I live going to Craft and seeing Corie. She is kind, talented and really listens to me. If something isn’t perfect on the first pass, I feel comfortable asking for a tweak which is never an issue. I always feel like my hair looks beautiful when I leave. I also get my facials from Kylie and love them as well. So nice to have one place to get two great services!

I’ve being going to Hannah for 2 years now and she never disappoints!🙌 Not only is she incredibly talented, Hannah is also the kindest, most genuine person. Everyone at Craft Hair is so sweet & professional. I’m very particular about my hair color and Hannah always brings my vision to life! I cannot recommend this salon enough!

On a whim I decided to get dramatic hair cut, and a brow touch up, and I did my research and it brought me to Craft! Everyone was SO KIND! Destiny did an amazing job with my hair, I’m obsessed with it! And Ella brought my brows back to life! Truly loved the experience, I was nervous not being from Nashville and knowing a spot where I can trust someone to do my hair and I found it first try!! I hope to come back and see them again when I’m in town!

Unfortunately I am highly disappointed with how my haircut came out. She was 30 minutes late (which is fine I understand things happen) but the blowout I received was not good. The hair was still a bit damp, frizzy, and looked like how it does when it air dries. I was highly disappointed at how it looked when I was done. I asked for several inches off and it looks the same as I did before I came in (in fact, because of the blowout it looks worse). I wish I loved it as the stylist who did my hair was very personable and nice… but I most definitely won’t be returning. Edit: now that I’m home, my front pieces aren’t cut even!! Ive literally had to cut my own hair at home to make the front pieces match. I have never had a worse haircut. She never checked to see if the length of the front pieces matched each other. I’m extremely frustrated.

I was there twice for male haircut. First time with Alison - it was ok. Second time with Hannah. I went there just for a trim, she didn't even properly dried my hair, when she was done. She didn't properly trim the sides, so 5 days later I already looked like I need another haircut. I paid $86.90, for a man hair trim :| I didn't want to write this as this is the nearest salon to my house, but thinking about going there again and giving them money for what they provide is just a terrible idea.

I went in this morning for a 10AM appointment with Samantha for a partial balayage, first I arrived at their old location (I was told once I arrived they had actually moved locations yesterday) after finding the correct building. Things started out well. The receptionist was very kind, as was my stylist. After showing Samantha a couple pictures of what I was thinking, she assured me it wouldn’t be a problem, and was eager to get started. We first toned my roots, and then she started on my foils.. this is where things went downhill. After spending about an hour on my foils she left me to process for 30 minutes. When she came back, she checked on the last foil she placed and insisted it “wasn’t developed enough” and left me to sit for about another 20 minutes before deciding that it still needed additional processing time. She had another client arrive during this time and proceeded to start & finish that appointment before coming back to check on me. At this point the foils had been in my hair for nearly two hours. During this time my face was covered in hair dye and my skin was burning and eyes watering profusely. Finally after about 3 hours of “processing” time somebody else partially rinsed everything out, but still left me in the shampoo bowl because even after three hours I still wasn’t “processed” my stylist Samantha finally came & finished everything up, put a toner in, and blew out my hair. It was FRIED, my whole hair root to tip looked like hay, and was still very brassy, after another toner, TWO conditioning masks, and a total of 6 hours my hair looked like a greasy mess. After all of this Samantha told me that I couldn’t wash my hair for a week, and that I should “never bleach it again because my hair can’t handle it, and I needed to rethink my hair goals”. My hair was perfectly healthy before the appointment, and had not been touched for nearly two years, yet she blamed how fried my hair was on a balayage I had almost two years ago… not the fact that she let bleach sit on my hair for over three hours. I left feeling extremely defeated, upset, disappointed (& with a chemical burn on my face)I do believe that other stylists at CRAFT do amazing work, and they seem like talented & knowledgeable stylists however my experience at CRAFT certainly did not depict that.
