I did not feel comfortable at this establishment at all. I barely got any words in with the beautician. I stood there for a while with no service or no communication whatsoever. I even stood at the desk and she skipped me and serve the person behind me. A lot of people say you do not bring race into things, but I think that’s the reason bc I am a talkative person and I always greet everybody but I got no response from this woman with red hair that works there and I’m not the one that says people are racist that’s just the vibe I got i was the only black person in there No service whatsoever, I will not be returning there’s no other reason why she would talk to other clients except for me I just wanted an eye brow wax that’s alll and I’ve been trying to get my eye brows done all day to no avail so this just added to my list of disappointment If I’m wrong I’ll apologize but I literally noticed her talking to everybody else but me and I was the only black person in there how would you feel ? And be honest ?? I am not rude at all I love everybody that I’m around I don’t argue with anybody I understand there are racist people everywhere and I can’t argue that but just don’t make it apart of your career and be professional

Very nice, but she did not do what I asked for and promised me that it would get better, but now it just looks worse. I can’t even leave my house feeling pretty!

Asked for my hair to be left as long as possible while cutting my hair straight across the back, with turned under hair. She chopped off at least 2 inches, and said the cut doesn’t make any difference in which way the hair lays. Now it is thick, blunt and unattractive.
