I had booked an appointment at 11 am on line for Cost Cutters at Westdale mall. I arrived 10 minutes early. At that time the gentleman that checked me in said it would be 10 minutes. While waiting several other costumers came in and were helped before me. I waited till 40 minutes after 11 and another girl was again helped before me. No body ever said anything to me. Finally I said something regarding this, the gal behind the counter gave me a very disingenuous response, I apologize we are running behind. I feel someone should have acknowledged me and spoken to me regarding wait before they helped people in front of me when I had an appointment. Up to this point I was having a great day. This experience was very upsetting. And I felt like the lady who responded did not act like she really cared at all about my appointment, I understand being behind, but just leaving me sit there with out any updates is unacceptable. I am sure this will probably not be a big deal to your business. Please put yourselves in same experience. Very Frustrating,

I love going to CC to have Roland cut my hair. I think it's been almost 40 yrs 😎

Always very friendly and do a good job. Granted cutting my hair is the easiest thing they do but still they do a good job.

Joe is one of the most thoughtful kindest person iv ever met❤️She’s very personable and genuine 😇 my best friend since high school moved to Des Moines a few years ago who has always done my hair and waxing. So I was super nervous and skeptical to try someone new……. Luckily I got Joe💯 I feel like she could tell I was nervous, so she was very patient, positive, listened to my requests, and understood when I was kinda questioning everything🤦🏽♀️ been going to her ever since! Definitely One of my favorite people ever! I truly appreciate you Joe😇 Thank you so much for being you🫶🏽
