My nail tech is out of town and I needed a fill and a repair. I walked in to Cosmo because I’d been here before years ago and had a good experience then. Check in was easy, I was seated right away. And Kristin did not disappoint! My gel-X fill is perfect. She made sure I was happy with the shape, color, and design all throughout the service. And it really was perfect. It’s like she knew exactly what I wanted. The salon is nice and clean. Everyone was super friendly. And the massage chairs are great 😊 ♥️🩷 thank you Kristin!!

This was the first nail salon I ever visited. I first found it in 2021 and I knew nothing about nails. I would visit once in a while and rarely ever made appointments, I've mostly just walked in. I've had such good experiences here, I decided to dedicate a portion of my monthly budget to getting my nails done here. It has become an important part of my self-care, and I'm always happy when it comes time to go back. This past Christmas season, they even gave away small gifts for customers! I went home with a nice pomegranate lotion when I visited this past December ☺️ The people who work here are truly artists. I'm never worried about who I will be paired with when I walk in because I know that every one of them will do great work. I have worked with Jenna, Alina, David, and Linh, just to name a few. They've all done a great job! Every time I leave, I think I should write a review. Today really took the cake for me. I was a walk in again and I wanted to do a custom cat eye. I got paired with Linh. At first, we couldn't find a paper clip to tie to the cat eye magnet, so almost everyone in the salon (who wasn't already busy) started looking around for a paper clip. And even when I was happy to just do something different, other techs kept looking while Linh started removing my last nails. I was really impressed with the teamwork I saw today. This place has always had a great environment among the staff. I constantly see them making each other smile, but never getting distracted with their own conversations. Even though I don't speak Vietnamese, I can tell that people feel close there. Today I even observed how someone named Stephanie went to find a booster seat to help someone named Kyle, who was working with a small child at an uncomfortable angle. While Linh was working on my nails, the other techs were supportive in helping find other materials we needed (it was clear that I was asking for something that isn't typically requested here) while also cheering her on. I was so grateful to have Linh today. She let me try out different combinations on my nails until I found something I was happy with. And then the process of working with the magnet was very difficult to work with. But she was so dedicated and dilligent. I was happy with the first draft of the hearts she made and I told her how much I loved it! But she has higher standards for my nails than I do! She kept working on it until she felt satisfied with how it came out. Meanwhile, I'm sitting there feeling spoiled, getting nails that were better than I had even imagined. I can't emphasize enough how impressed I am with this place. I hope that the artists and management who work here feel proud of themselves for the great work they do. I'm happy I get to have at least an hour of a break from the stress of my life to feel peace and ease at Cosmo 🥰

I have never been disappointed with my nails at Cosmo. Every tech I’ve had there has been awesome. All of the techs go the extra mile to make sure their clients leave happy. Shoutout to Sara for the beautiful set she did for me this week! My phone camera sucks, so these photos don’t do it justice, but I am in love with the set. (PS I hurt the cuticle of my middle finger myself, that was not done by my wonderful tech, Sara) 💜

Phenomenal service from Will!! I loved the way he did my pedicure and massage. He was extremely gentle, professional, and ensured i was taken care of. He didnt rush through my service and he made me feel like a queen. He went above and beyond with massage and his specific technique helped alleviate tension. He understood where my pressure was. Great service from Will! I will come back again to book him for my manicure and pedicure

Will is AMAZING!!! 😫 🤩 I came in for a fill & to get my toes painted but Will offered a pedicure, (eh, why not? 🤷🏽‍♀️)… IM GLAD I SAID YES! The Massage was AMAZING 🤩 being that Im 8 months pregnant; who wouldn’t enjoy a little princess treatment cause thats EXACTLY what I received. Mind you, Im very ticklish when it comes to my feet, Will was literally the sweetest & took his time so I wouldn't cackle through the whole building! 😂😂😂 I appreciate you Will!!! I will definitely be back!

First salon that took amazing care of my daughter. She usually ends up hurt trying to get her nails done and has been told by other salons that they couldn’t do more complex designs but Alina took great care of her and did an awesome job on her custom set. They look exactly like the inspo pic we showed her. Will definitely be back! Thank you for making her birthday nails special! I enjoy going to cosmo! John is amazing! I’ve been going to him since he was at elegant nail. He does amazing work and is relatively fast! The atmosphere in cosmo is pretty good! The only thing I would suggest is more seating/waiting area.

I’ve been going here for quite some time and I’m not too happy with my last interaction. I got my nails done back on 13th December and the lady didn’t do half of the acrylics correctly. Unfortunately, I do live a ways away from the salon so I couldn’t come back right away when my nails started lifting, but when I was able to the front desk lady understood and agreed to repair my nails no charge however I had to make an appointment. Not once, did anybody tell me I would be charged regardless of it being over their 7 day policy. They understood since I live further away and my nails were lifting pretty bad. My nails normally last over 3 weeks. I was able to come in before my appointment and thought everything was fine and that I was just getting my nails repaired. I go up to the front and I was charged for the entire fill of the nails however, my nails weren’t ready to be filled, they were only lifting, and I explained that to them as well. The front desk lady said that repairs are for color only however this wasn’t a color repair. This was a lifting repair but still proceeded to charge me and only gave me 20% off. I messaged them on Instagram and on Facebook impressing about how I was treated, but no response to date. I love this place but after being treated the way I was it makes me not want to go back. Especially since they couldn’t even message me back at all and the lady at the front desk didn’t really seem to understand what was going on. It’s very frustrating to go to a place and spend $300 after a tip with your grandma and daughter almost every other month and get treated crappy. The lack of communication is very discouraging. -Jasmine

We had a wonderful experience! First, Lewis did an absolutely wonderful set (see photos). Absolutely crushed it! I did not realize prior to making the appointment what the inspiration photos looked like that my friend was getting nor the time it would take, but we never felt rushed. Lewis took his time and was meticulous to get the job done right even though we ended up keeping them late. Kristen was very kind and did a great job for her pedicure. David did my classic pedicure and classic gel manicure and he was very meticulous as well. They earned our business in the future!
