Very easy going place, the people are nice to talk to and easy to get along with. They did a great job with Covid protocols to make people feel comfortable. Even giving water or snacks. All before touching the hair. My lady there was great and very helpful in making a decision on the best utilization of my hair. My hair looked lovely and muched appreciated. Thanks looking toward my next appointment with Melina.

I don't typically post reviews but I felt my experience was a bit messed up and wanted to share. I went to to their salon to touch up my balayage that was supposed to be blonde. The woman who did my hair was very nice and seemed educated about hair however my results did not come out how I wanted them to. Instead of being blonde, they turned out golden and almost like an orangish color. My hair is now three different colors. When I called to let them know, they offered for me to come back and find some ways we could fix it, HOWEVER wanted to charge me MORE money. So instead of reimbursing me some of my money, or fixing it for free, they wanted me to pay more money to fix their mistakes. I've never heard of a salon making someone pay more money towards something they never even asked for.

I had a wonderful experience at Coppertree. Amber was personable, friendly and easy to talk to. I never felt rushed and she showed me step by step what she was doing. I was hair traumatized with my last haircut. I love my new cut! Really cute place. I am going back! Thank you!!

I lost my hair stylist 3 years ago and haven't had a good cut since then until now. I just got the best haircut ever from Shelby, reco'd by a friend. She was fantastic. She asked all the right questions and got everything just right. I am so happy!! Thank you, Shelby!
