Audrie always makes my hair dreams a reality. I love to mix it up and I change my hair every single time I come in and she is always able to make it happen! She never hesitates to fix it if I need her to. This is a great salon that has an amazing environment!

Color was much darker than what I had asked for. I even brought photos in of what I was looking for. I also have huge dye stains on my forehead and cheekbone. Some dye on the skin is to be expected but this is excessive and the stain on my skin extends a good finger width below my hair line. There was no effort to clean up the dye on the skin so now I’m stuck with massive brown patches on my skin until it fades.

I have been getting my hair cut by Rachel at Cooper James for a couple of years now. It has always been a great experience with a fun and comfortable atmosphere. I love how she cuts and styles my hair and have never been unhappy with her work and I usually show her a picture beforehand. The prices are clear so I have never been surprised and am prepared with what I’m charged. It has never seemed over priced to me. The prices are right❤️Thanks, Rachel and team!

I have been getting my hair done for over two years now at Cooper James and have loved it every time! I most recently went on Saturday, and had a wonderful experience. I wanted a change and something new for fall, Makayla was able to meet both of those needs with a beautiful dark brown and dark red combo! I love my hair and cannot wait to go back. Booking is easy and prices are explained in detail prior to arrival for no suprises.

Not actually thrilled with the experience. The salon is nice but overall I won’t be going back. Pricing wasn’t clear. I only wanted my roots colored and they told me it cost $120 at checkout. I was told that having my hair dried after getting the color cost $45. I would’ve dried my own hair at home if I had known. I wasn’t asked if I wanted that service. It was just done after my hair was rinsed out. I was charged but didn’t even know that was part of it. There was also a significant amount of dye left all around my face.

ever since moving to morgantown, i have struggled finding a hair salon that makes me feel good leaving the building. audrie has always made me feel pretty after leaving her seat! everytime i walk in she always asks what we are doing and i let her take full creative direction. highly recommend going but dont steal my stylist ;)

Being new to town, I was nervous about finding a new salon. I chose Cooper James based on location and reviews, and I was happy to see I could get an appointment for the next day. I just wanted a trim, and Jayde was wonderful - she was sweet and personable, and she gave me just the cut I was looking for. I'll definitely be going back for my next service!

I recently saw Jess for an obligatory post-partum hair cut after I shed a lot of hair. Jess washed, cut, and styled me in under an hour. I loved how she styled my hair so much that when I left the Salon I promptly bought the exact same flat iron she used in hopes to recreate how wonderful she made my fresh cut look! The Cooper James Salon is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean! I definitely plan to go back and see Jess the next time I need a cut / trim.

I see Makayla at Cooper James and couldn’t be happier! She listened to what I wanted and has worked with my hair to achieve great results. I asked for a neutral blonde color and it’s the perfect shade. I get compliments often and I always attribute that to her artistry. The salon itself is so gorgeous, and everyone who works there is very fun and friendly. I enjoy going for my touch ups and having a good laugh. Thanks Makayla!

What an aesthetically pleasing environment with professional services. It was refreshing to look and feel confident about my appearance when I was done. I received 3 compliments on my hair color from complete strangers after leaving from my appointment and going shopping afterwards. We will definitely be going back to Cooper James Salon.
