I usually cut my son's hair but he wanted to go to a professional salon to get his hair done. The reviews looked good (and honest) for this location so we booked an appointment and I'm so pleased we did. Our stylist was amazing and so quick. She did such a wonderful job. We will definitely be back. The only qualm we had was my son was a little disappointed that they won't shave a design into the side of his hair but that's more of a barber shop thing and I can't be upset that it's not something they do. We were in and out in less than a half hour on a Saturday.

I took my daughter to get her first haircut. The entire staff was extremely friendly and patient. Ms. Stacy did an amazing job keeping her entertained and the haircut turned out great! Also, the environment was kid friendly. I highly recommend Cookie Cutters and Ms. Stacy 10/10

I've been going to this location for 5 years since my kiddo was 2 years old and had nothing but great experiences. However, yesterday was uncalled for, disrespectful, and I will not tolerate it and will take my business elsewhere from here on out. My son had an appointment yesterday. My husband walked in on time to his appointment when Jennifer was checking someone out. Not even a minute in line when my husband got to her, she immediately told him he was late and she could not take him in. Proceeded to take in other people before him. My husband left and called me right after. He felt disrespected, as I would being one minute late to an appointment and only reason was because she was checking someone out as he was waiting in line!! Thank you for the years, but that will be our last encounter. I'm sure it's overwhelming during the holidays, but no need for this type of treatment especially when he was actually on time!

Amazing! My son HATES, and I mean HATES haircuts. But Ms. Carla handles it like a pro! And she always gentle with him. He has moved on from crying and screaming to being okay with his haircuts.

Horrible experience with Stacy, we have gone once with her more than a year ago to get my sons cut. And she would grab his head aggressively and ended up nicking his ear. My son is great getting haircuts and has never had a problem with other hairstylists getting a haircut. Yesterday we had an appointment with Jennifer, she was running behind and Stacey asked if she can cut my sons hair, and since we had a bad experience w her before we nicely said no and would wait for Jennifer. I understand the store was about to close but I wouldn’t want to put my child through that with her again. Stacey’s attitude overall is passive aggressive with children AND parents. Jennifer, Chelsea and Carla are great. Unfortunately, yesterday was our last day going there just because we want to avoid Stacy. For new people going there ask for a different stylist.

I booked an appointment through the app so so easily for my son’s 1st haircut package! Yesterday we walked in and got Chalese. She was so sweet and did amazing!!! The place was so adorable and clean. There was a little tv for him to watch ms rachel while sucking on a lollipop and he was in heaven! We will absolutely be coming back for his next cut!!! Thank you Cookie Cutters so much for making this experience so fun and easy.
