Absolutely loved the lady that cut my sons hair I didn’t get her name which I hate but she was awesome she took my call told me when it be there and she got us cut in less then 10 minutes it looked great and I am defiantly going back I asked her to keep the length she gave suggestions on how to get it out of his face that’s what I wanted

It was my first time cutting my sons hair EVER and was so nervous about how the experience was gonna be , but ruby made us feel so welcomed and made my son feel so comfortable I was even surprised how calm he was during the haircut process, best believe she will be seeing our faces again!

My sons always have a wonderful time here at Cookie Cutters. We keep coming back for the great service and indoor play area. They also always have a balloon and lollipop on the way out. My oldest son looks forward to it every time!

This place was amazing. I brought my four year old grandson in today and they were engaging and quick, since he is usually fussy about haircuts. The cut was great and the service was even better.

Shelia was excellent !! Normally, my grandson cries every time he gets his haircut at a barbershop so we tried you guys out and he did wonderful was able to watch paw patrol while he got his haircut in the balloon was a hit as well. Very good experience.

Had a great experience at cookie cutters for my 1 year old. Ruby was good and she did exactly what we asked for. But we feel it’s little pricey for the hair cut for little ones.

My son got his first haircut and I love it. He didn't care for the Clipper part but the stylist went in there and did a great job. He stayed still for the trimming part with the shears. I can't remember the stylist's name but I'm glad we went here for his first time. She really is great with kids.

The worst experience! I booked a first cut service package, when I arrived at the location they denied the service because my baby it was 4 months old! Then I went to Snip-it Store and they cut my baby’s Hair without problem, they Just need the updated vaccinate.. I am pretty sure they don’t even booked my apointment.. Just don’t go! Don’t waste your time.

This was my 3rd time coming here. I called in advance to make an appt which was today at 12 and i specified that its for my 10yo who is going to need a regular chair because he does not fit in the other chairs. I was told no problem they had bigger chairs for him to use. I go into the the place at our assigned time and check us in again i reminded the young lady in the front that we NEED a bigger chairs and she says ok. When they called him up for his turn there was no big chair available for him to sit on and they were trying to make-us wait until the other stylist get tru all their appointments so he can use the big chair. It was 12:30 and we were still waiting. This is terrible customer service if you make an appointment that is At 12 we expect there to be a chair available because you knew we needed one at the time we made the appointment. We ended leaving and taking my son to another place. Pros: there is a-lot of entertainment for little ones. Some of the stylist are very friendly and good with kids Cons: if you come on the weekend get ready for chaos. Not all kids like haircuts so there ia alot of screaming and crying going on. When you make an appointment even after letting them know you need a big boy chair they still wont have it available if another stylist is at the station and if she had appointments you have to wait until she is through with her appointments to get the chair…even after we made an appointment Not sure if im coming back here again

We took my daughter here to have her first haircut done and it was a great experience. There are cars for the kids to sit in and they get to pick whatever show they want to watch. The stylists are all great with the children. They ALSO offer adult cuts. I just wish they had adult cars to sit in 😂
