5/5 I always LOVE what my hair looks like!! Elisabeth absolutely kills it every single time. She has been working with me to take out my black box dye (never do it guys, it’s not worth it) and has given me so many cool ideas and switched up my color a couple times! Absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

I have been in Gainesville for a little over a year, my husband, my mother and I moved from Key West, I immigrated to this country almost 9 years ago and got married in 2020 in Key West. I had my stylists and used to keep highlights in my hometown because I worked for many years in a Criminal Court and I had to maintain an executive image for the work I did for more than 15 years. Here in Gainesville, I would get my hair cut somewhere else and take my mother for the same, but we were not happy with the results. I searched and found these girls from confidence salon on Google and made an appointment for my mom and I personally, 3 days later.. we were served by a beautiful girl named Elizabet… polite, attentive and very patient with my mom who is 81 years old, who went with me to get her hair cut, while she put the color on my roots and waited for the time, she cut mommy’s hair, and although, at the beginning there was a little inaccuracy while we “understood” each other (since we have different languages) her professional and patient work in addition to her absolutely delicate service, defines the result of her work as top level… my hair has been touched by many professionals, (and I can say with all seriousness that this girl is the softest I have ever done in my life) in my hometown I had my hair done by a stylist who obtained his knowledge in France, then in Key West I had my hair done by two professionals trained in this country and now that we have moved to Gainesville, I feel very pleased with the service received with the girls from this Salon… I don’t know where they are formed, but I am very pleased and recommend them with my heart.

Christy is awesome! I made my first appointment with her after reading reviews and she is as great as everyone says! Asked lots of questions and provided options so I could get the cut I wanted. Now I'm going to her for color in a few weeks. Can't wait!!

ENVIRONMENT: Walking into the salon, it’s immaculate. No loose hairs, dust accumulating, and no dirt or cob webs under the chairs. Designed well with comfortable but stylish chairs and lighting that isn’t harsh. The air is easy like you can’t even tell they do coloring there. The chairs you wash your hair in as well as get your cut in are extremely comfortable. It’s so incredibly relieving to get your hair washed and not have that bright light bearing down on you. HAIRCUT: The actual haircut itself was the epitome of a chefs kiss. Love it. She’s a wizard with shears. I went in with a couple ideas and I left bouncing with confidence. She took into account face shape, hair thickness, and the eye she had for turned my vision even better. Trust her!! Trust them!! HAIRSTYLIST(S): Listen. Christy is a wizard. She’s warm, respectful, listens and communicates WELL. She was HONEST about my expectations and hair in regard to how much time it takes to style certain hairstyles (bangs) and the humidity of Florida before committing. She went back in after the blow dry to ensure the hair looks good instead of saying, “next time we’ll do this instead” (which has happened before). Elizabeth as well was so, so friendly and charming. They make the cute environment even better and listen. 10/10. 100/100

Elizabeth colored my hair . I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she nailed it . It is such a beautiful color for Fall . I will always make my appointments with her . I am a very happy customer.

Elizabeth did a wonderful job giving my curly hair a fresh cut and style! I showed her an inspiration photo, and she asked questions throughout to ensure the length and style were what I was hoping for. She exceeded my expectations! The salon itself is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Fantastic experience! I highly recommend!

I’ve been searching for a new stylist for awhile. Had some okay haircuts with various salons around town but hadn’t quite found “my person”. This salon had great reviews and I found a slot in their online booking for the next day - score! Christy personally called me a little later to say the spot was actually booked but worked with my schedule to find a time in the next couple days. I was really impressed with her customer service and kindness. At my appointment, she took time to ask a lot of great questions about what I liked about my hair, my concerns, how my hair behaves, etc. I wanted to do color at some point so we chatted about what that might look like for another visit. The cut was great - curls are hard to tame and she did it masterfully. I came in with hair that felt thin, had stopped curling in weird spots, and just overall shapeless. My curls are back now! For the color we made an appointment in the future and she wiggled some things around to make sure I could get it done before a big event coming up. I love that she wanted to do some research on what might work best and is sending over some ideas.

I highly recommend Christy to anyone! She gave me the best haircut I have ever had, and I am 51 years old. I get a lot of compliments on my hair, and more than that, the compliments are followed with "Who cuts your hair?" Evryone I know asks for her name and number. You are in safe hands getting your haircut from Christy! Which, as we know, is not always the case. I have fine textured hair that has waves when someone knows what to do with it, and Christy sure has the gift to make my hair look full.

I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter’s graduation photoshoot. In addition, I asked Christy if she knew any makeup artists. Christy not only recommended someone, but allowed the makeup artist to come to her salon. I was incredibly happy with the service provided by Christy. She is kind, talented and professional. The salon is adorable. We ended up getting rained on so Christy fit us in the next day to redo my daughter’s hair. Christy is amazing and so sweet! Thank you for saving us and helping my daughter look beautiful on her graduation day.

I have been searching for someone to be able to cut my very unforgiving, asian, coarse hair and I have found her!! Christy listened to me and gave great recommendations. Exceptional service & haircut! Christy went to great lengths to make sure I have an amazing salon experience taking her time to care for my hair. She took her time to dry cut my hair first and did excellent job on highlights. She seriously gave me one of my best haircuts I’ve ever had, doing exactly what I had asked for. I’ve got so many compliments from my family and coworkers. I’m so happy that I finally found my new hair salon.

One of the best & honest hair dressers I have ever been to. I went in for a full highlight for my super long, dark brown hair, & instead of taking my money, she tested my hair first. She found that my hair was way too damaged to bleach, & instead nursed my hair back to life with a treatment & really good cut. I am now a short haired, silky brunette goddess & can go back next month for my blonde era. 10 out of 10 recommend. FYI my boyfriend LOVES IT! Thank you so much for the makeover I didn't know I desperately needed <3

Had my first appointment today and was beyond impressed. I wish I had a good before picture of my hair so you could understand the magic she worked. I seriously can not remember the last time I was so happy with a salon experience and my hair. I showed her one reference photo and she was able to give me exactly what I wanted. I feel that I was truly listened to and that my preferences were noted and beautifully executed. She also helped me set up a plan for my hair’s future to keep it healthy and happy. The salon itself is very clean and comfortable. Could not recommend this salon more.

Christy and Christina are so nice and were so helpful. After getting my hair colored at a different salon, it didn’t turn out the way I had hoped. Christy was able to squeeze me in quickly and help me with color correction. After doing a test strip to lighten my hair, we realized we would be unable to make my ends lighter like I had hoped. However, Christy talked to me and we made a plan of how to make me feel and look good in a different hair color. And she did just that! I got SOOO many compliments on my hair the next day. I have found my new regular salon and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Christy and Christina!!

Christy did a wonderful job on my hair! She covered up the gray nicely and finished it off with a lovely cut and style. Also the experience was enjoyable with a just right amount of chatting and not chatting. I would recommend her. I have thin straight shoulder length grey hair and it looks much much better now. much better now.

Christy has brought life back to my hair! I got beaded row hair extensions and I am in love. Christy matched my hair perfectly, I get so many compliments on my hair. Christy is amazing! I found her on word-of-mouth social media and took a chance...and I am so glad I did. I hadn't cut my hair in about a year and a half, due to my previous cut with another stylist not being my favorite. I had to let the shortest pieces grow to a length that I could handle before I went anywhere. I explained my dilemma to Christy and she handled it flawlessly. We decided on what we thought was a good length (which she was more conservative with due to my previous experience), I showed her a few pictures and we were off and running. She went as far as to say that she wanted me to love the length so much, that she would rather cut it while it was wet, and then do another dry cut once it bounced up a bit, if I didn't like it. I love my new length and already can't wait to go back just for a trim! She's a great human and great at what she does!

Christy is sweet, amazing and really cares about her clients. She takes the time to listen to her clients and her work is stunning. My daughter went into her appointment with really damaged hair from a previous salon and got color, hair treatment, cut, and extensions. She walked out of the salon looking like a model. The extensions are so perfectly blended, that even though my daughter's hair is damaged you can't tell the difference between her real hair and the extensions. Her friends now all want Christy do their hair. The salon is very clean and beautiful. The other girl Christina that works there is super sweet as well and does a great job (she was doing someone's hair when we were there and it came out amazing as well). So blessed to have found this salon. We will definitely be recommending her to everyone we know.

I found this salon on Google as I am from out of town. I am very particular about my cuts as I have very thick hair and it needs to be cut so it lays well. I am more than thrilled with my highlights, toner and cut. I would highly recommend coming here and I don't give 5 stars very easily. Thank you again!

I had posted looking for a new hair stylist. I was new to town and didnt want to wait to long. I went to someone else who completely messed up my hair and charged me an arm and a leg!! I needed someone new to try and fix it. Confidence Salon came recommended a couple of times. I contacted Christy and never looked back. She took her time, fixed what the other stylist messed up and did what i initially had wanted. Its been a couple of years now and i will not let any one else color or cut my hair. I will recommend her to anyone. She is so sweet, works wonders and is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!! She deserves way more then 5 stars!!!!!

I had the best experience with Christy! I have been in Gainesville for a few years and have always traveled out of town to get my hair done. I took a chance with Christy and I am so glad I did! She listened thoroughly to what I was looking for and explained what she was doing throughout the entire appointment. I am so happy to have found her! I recently got my hair done by Christina, I ended up with car trouble and got slowed down for a wreck, I was an hour late. She was the most understanding if the situation. She paid the closest attention to each highlight and made sure the placement was perfect. Her friend and bubbly personality made the bad of the day fade away. Not to mention the amazing job she did on my hair. Recommend 1000 times over!

If I could give her a higher rating then 5 I absolutely would. Christy did so amazing on my hair and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. I could not recommend her enough. The place was clean and cozy.
