It was my first visit at Complexions in Saratoga Springs, and I didn’t want to leave. Beautiful facility, lots of great amenities, and facial I’ve got from Krista was wonderful. I’ll definitely be back!

This place exceeded my expectations not a bad thing to say about it and if your looking for someone who’s very knowledgeable about Skincare and the steps and products then go to Sarah she’s an expert at her craft the amenities are amazing from the relaxation room to the steam room to the sauna not to mention the comfy robe and slippers and tranquility tea the massage during your facial will leave you in ahhh I will deff be booking this for a relaxation day with my bridal party  !!!! Thank you Sara and staff for making my experience here exceptional! Can’t wait for my massage next week and apts to follow -Jessika T

Having been to other spas,The lighting in the salon needs to be brighter here. We have been in several times for color that appears correct in the lighting only to be dissapointed when we leave and see the results in good lighting. This is definitely no fault of the stylists, the lighting is just awful.

I absolutely LOVE coming here. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and everything smells amazing. I always get my hair done by Samantha (Sam), and she always does the best job. She is super nice, friendly, and is great at cutting all kinds of hair, including curly. If you come here to get a haircut, I would 100% recommend getting it done with her.

I was lured in by the owner to take down a negative review....Once I did...I was no longer contacted. Real nice . As beautiful as it is INSIDE this place, I wouldn't go back bc of the hidden agendas.O AND her yelp people removed my review. What's the point of reviews of you can pick n chose which ones u want on ur site? Unreal and unhelpful.

Really disappointed with my experience here. It felt more like they were trying to check off boxes and get me to spend more money (on an already VERY expensive service) than listen to the client. I would recommend going somewhere else if you're looking for a spa day.

Had a wonderful relaxation pedicure with Gem this morning and it was great. She is very sweet and did a wonderful job. I just booked for October. She really cares about her clients and making sure the outcome is beautiful and they are happy. I'm looking forward to my next pedicure with her. Her name is very appropriate, as she is truly a "Gem". I was looking for a new great nail person in this area (spas, hair salons, etc.), but the search was not going well until this morning. Finally!

My wonderful bridesmaids booked me a massage here on June 29th of this year, as a surprise and gift before my wedding day. They kept it a surprise and drove me there and even checked in for me and dropped me off to relax. I had the absolute best massage and my massage therapist was amazing, and I was so excited about becoming a regular here now to get my massages. It’s only about a 10 minute drive from my house so this was perfect. My bridesmaids came back to pick me up and paid for my massage and left a very generous tip. We left and we’re heading to brunch when I received a call from the spa owner Denise, I picked up and she confirmed who I was and then immediately became accusatory, saying I had hit an employees car, Trish, and they had called the police and I had to come back or else I’d be committing a hit and run. I was very disappointed in the tone and manner I was being spoken to and in disbelief I was being accused, without them confirming if I had been the one even driving, which I was not, not that it should have mattered. It was a he said/she said situation and the way they treated a customer was not professional at all. When we arrived back to the spa, we went inside and the spa owner, Denise, walked out, with Trish by her side, and was just very rude, demeaning, and borderline racist to my bridesmaids (we are Hispanic and Indian). She completely ignored me and she was responding back to my bridesmaids in such a disrespectful tone and attitude. We went back out and decided to wait outside by the entrance until the police arrived. I called my now husband and he came to wait with us. When the policeman arrived, he spoke to Trish and then spoke to us. I was in complete disbelief when the spa owner Denise came back out from inside and tried to start a conversation with my husband (he is Caucasian) and I about something completely irrelevant as if there wasn’t a situation going on, while we were standing out there waiting for the police to get everything sorted. From the police report, the officer determined there was no evidence he could find to prove true that our car had backed into hers. This was just a disappointing experience and I expected just more professionalism and to be treated as a human. I was getting married the very next day and they completely ruined my day, along with my experience. Safe to say I will not be coming back here and will be telling my experience forever to everyone I know.

Hydrofacial, I thought they were bad in Florida. This place made the ones in Florida look like the Pros I used to have in NYC and LI. How can you screw this up? You ask well, there is more to a platinum facial than just what is done with the machine. Deklotage not touched, left me under Led light for 20 minutes and left room, did not do hand massage or neck massage, skin still feels dehydrated. Never bothered to look at my skin under a magnifying glass to determine proper product lines. It was a waste of time and money.

I had a recent appointment with nurse Karen. She is great at her job. Very knowledgeable. Also, explained everything in detail. I am very pleased with the result. I will refer others to her and the spa.

My first time to the spa was a wonderful experience. Ambience of the spa is perfect. Sauna is amazing. Kasey was just fantastic. I’ve had many facials and Kasey gave me the best I’ve had to date. Highly recommend! So relaxing! My most recent trip to the spa left more to be desired. Brook was my aesthetician and I was not impressed. It didn’t seem like she liked she wanted to be there. Although, maybe she was just having a bad day. I would have liked to discuss recommendations she might have for my skin but this didn’t happen. Luckily, Kasey assisted in this at my prior appointment.

This place was recommended to me by my sister who lives in Albany so every time I am in town I try to book an appt whether it be a haircut color or a toner. The last two times I was there in may they charged me for my service over $140 over the price I was suppose to pay. They did call me back to let me know. And then again I was there last weekend and did the same thing to my hair and I was priced at again for $160 something so when I asked why so much the girl in the front went to go ask the stylist (who by the way did a great job) said that her prices were higher and that’s what her price for my toner. So I was a bit confused because the front desk person should let clients know that. I get there are certain stylist who charge more because they are well over experienced but how is the client suppose to know. The stylist did charge me less but I feel there isn’t upfront communication. It was a big sticker shock because I was expecting to pay $65 with tip included like I had done in the past. At least let the clients know ahead of time if the stylist is a junior stylist or a higher level stylist.

Was in Today July 12th for a mens pedicure the girl who did my feet did not want to ne at work today I've gotten plenty of pedicure before after looking at My feet in the light they looked almost like when I came in no effort put into her work. On top I used a gift card which was uses on my birthday not once did she ask me the entire time if she do anything.

Excellent spa. Clean, great staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our services as well. Only complaint is that tipping was not clear and half of our party was asked to tip, the other half was not.

I enjoyed my day at the Spa. Coral was amazing ! The massage she gave me was the best I ever had. She communicated with me before and checked with me on my issues. Administratively, I was part of a group and the contract stated that tips were included. As I was checking out and paying I confirmed that Coral would be getting a tip as the group contract stated. I was then told no, tip wasn’t included. I was part of the second part of the group checking out -meaning the first part didn’t know and didn’t tip. If I hadn’t inquired no one would have received a tip. I was so upset. I tipped Coral well, and the locker room attendant and communicated with the other part of the group later so they could tip. They had to call the Spa and work out a way to tip. I would have felt HORRIBLE if I had such an amazing massage and didn’t tip and show my appreciation. Better communication within the administrative team is needed.

Nice relaxing experience from the moment of arrival until the end. Nicole has stong experienced hands worked out all the knots, used steam and sauna rooms after massage. Can't wait to go back.

Polish color was great! Rest was just okay. Didn't trim my cuticles. I definitely expect much better for that price.

I used to love this spa. I booked an appointment online. I received the confirmation by email. I thought I was all set. I didn t know that I had to scroll down to confirm again the appointment I just booked. I came with an Uber just to hear “sorry, I can t find you”. I showed the email with the wrong spelling of my name (?). Indeed, I had to hit confirm again to the confirmation email, and also get another service (that was my goal). So disappointed. Loved the place, but getting an Uber and being turned down with a quick and inadequate sorry makes me decide to stop booking any appointment with them.update: the location on the website was wrong. I called back the other location just to hear my English might be the issue. I booked online. There is a glitch on the website, btw Saratoga and Wolf road. Nothing to do with my English. The hair stylist was very nice and adorable in wolf road, I felt I was in Paris but the receptionist mentioning my accent was a no-no. In Great-Britain, British didn t give me hard time due me to my accent. Montreal is not that far away.

Shellani & Stephanie were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Shellani gave me a terrific hair cut. Took the time to explain and suggest, based on my needs and concerns, what needed attention and what we would let grow. Stephanie gave me suggestions on color, which came out beautifully. They were both so friendly and fun to converse with. I appreciate them both for their time and effort today. I would definitely go back.

Went there for the first time for a pedicure…worst pedicure I’ve ever had…and for $75! Thankfully I had a gift card. When I got home I realized it was even worse than I thought and have to go somewhere else to get it redone…..won’t be going back there.

I called In the beginning of this month to book massages for me and my partner, they had nothing available in the month of January that worked with our schedules so we booked for a mutual Saturday we have in February. The 10th. No issues booking on the phone, everything was processed fine.. Just received a phone call from staff telling me the prices of the massage is changing because THEY ARE having a Valentine’s Day promotion and they’re upping the price of the massages. I ask to speak to someone else and a women identifying her self as the owner came on the phone, her name was Denise and she basically tells me too bad, the price of the room is up charged because it’s “high demand”. As a paying customer couldn’t care less about your demand at the time. I schedule well over a month in advance and I shouldn’t have to change my date or pay more because you all decided to have a promo. My prices should’ve been honored due to when I scheduled and no one making me aware. Bad for business in my opinion. Will never even consider or recommend.

I wanted to give my wife a relaxing day to herself I told the person that I wanted her nails,hair,a facial and a massage she told me 500.00 should cover what I wanted so I got a gift card for my wife when my wife went all she got was her hair and facial done and a shoulder massage not her nails what happen here

Worst massage of my life. The massage therapist didn’t seem to want to be there, and left me feeling worse and in more pain then when I arrived. Also rubbed my neck so raw that my skin ended up irritated. Would not recommend going and has spoiled getting a massage for me for the foreseeable future
