I've been going to Comfy Nails off and on for years because it's conveniently located right up the street from my house. While I don't get manicures or pedicures often, I decided to go in December for a red holiday mani-pedi. The service was efficient and friendly, but I had a couple of issues. First, my toenail beds (the sensitive skin at base of nails) bled from overzealous buffing with a coarse nail file. I mentioned to them that I have poor circulation and am sensitive, but the bleeding was still a concern. Second, when I went back yesterday to get my polish removed, the nail file on my feet kept making me jump from pain, and my fingernails looked like a blind 5-year-old filed them. If you have circulatory issues or am sensitive I recommend expressing that to them if you go. I personally will begin researching if I can find a nail salon that knows how to appropriately handle those issues. Despite these issues, everyone who works at Comfy Nails is very sweet. I'm not sure if I'll go back again, but I wanted to share my experience.

As Soon As I Entered This Establishment I Was VERY Kindly Greeted!! My Hands & Feet Were Worked On At The Same Time Which I Thoroughly Enjoyed Because I Got Out Of There Faster! I Was Kind Of Squirmish Because I’m 9 Months Pregnant So She Had To Redo A Nail & That’s Where The Smudge Came From Which You Can Barely Tell In Person. I Still Received AMAZING Service I Was Even Given A Very Sweet Farewell ☺️ I Will Definitely Be Back! I Loved Everything About Them 🥰🤌🏾

I love this place first off, the customer service is wonderful when you first walk through the door you meet Mr. Mike and he is wonderful. I always go to my go to which is Nam and he is the best and can do anything you need? He’s gonna get you right, I love my people at Comfy Nails.

I've given this place at least 5 tries because it's close to my house. The convenience has kept me trying. The first couple were meh. I left one time with bloody cuticles...then they changed management and I thought things were getting better. I had a couple that were decent but yesterday was the last time. Two of the manicurists were taking naps in the front waiting area when I walked in. When they took me over to the dilapidated "massage" chair my nail technician tried to put my feet in water without the standard and necessary protective plastic (the chairs also looked very dirty and worn). When my manicure started the technician kept pulling my arm across my body (kind of aggressive) so he could sit comfortably in the chair next to me while doing my nails. Another technician and or friend came over and sat next to him and started to nod off. While that was going on, the water was cold on my feet and as I looked around I saw old salt scrubs sitting out a few chairs down. I then started noticing all the dirty areas that surrounded me. I got so uncomfortable by the unkept areas, cold water, arm pulling that I told them I needed to go and skipped getting anything else done or painted (still paid for it all though). I don't get these often....I might treat myself to a mani pedi once every couple months. There is just no way I'm paying $150 plus (which is what it cost these days) for a manicure/pedicure that is uncomfortable & unsanitary. I never write reviews either (this is my first bad review I've ever taken the time to write) but...if I was a person who works really really hard for that $150...I would wanna know not to waste it here. If there had been anyone who seemed like they cared and or a "manager" present, I would have absolutely talked to them while I was in the building but there didn't seem to be anyone that really knew what was happening. Lastly, when I went to pay...the credit card machine wouldn't take my card. Someone came from the napping area to tell me it was broken and I had to pay with venmo. I don't think anyone has an ounce of care for that business which is sad because it could a really great establishment! Such a bummer!

Received an amazing pedicure! Customer service is top tier here, everyone was so friendly from the second I came in. Amazing massage with my pedicure as well - I will be coming back!

Wish I could give them a “0”. I had received a pedicure with gel polish and two of my nails peeled off taking my toe nail bed with it from improper techniques. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

First time and last… Didn’t get the techs name but he did a horrible job. Kept trying to get me to do tips or gel and I wanted neither, so I guess he didn’t care to try to do a good job.

I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years, but sadly, the quality at this salon has significantly declined. My recent visit was extremely disappointing. They rushed through my dip job, which cost $76.99 plus tip, and it began cracking just five minutes after it was done. To make matters worse, three of my nails broke within two days, and I wasn’t even doing any manual labor. It’s clear that the best technicians have left, and the decline in service shows. Despite the issues, they didn’t offer to redo the job or provide any compensation. Overall, this experience felt like a complete waste of money. I’ll be searching for a new salon from now on.

ATT to detail. They uphold standards. If you've seen my other reviews regarding nail shops it's a mystery to me how they get away with their lack of gentle and thoughtfulness. Comfy nails does not skimp and worth every penny. Plus they invite you back with discounts. ;)

Got a manicure there. At the end when I was trying to pay, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my nails and demanded I posted it on google with a 5 start review. They literally stood over my shoulder and watched me type the review. And made me wait till it uploaded before finally ringing me up. So unethical!

at first i truly loved the nails, mind you they were $100 with a $18 tip so $118, after i really noticed there were multiple defects in the nails, there were certain spots with less acrylic, and one nail was crooked (my pointer finger) also my cuticle was cut during getting my nails done which i don’t really mind bc it didn’t bother me too much. but mind you i got my nails done may 19, and it’s now june 1st which is a little under 2 weeks, which normally nails do last 3-4 weeks for me, but i’ve already lost 2 nails. i loved the design but i wont come back. also, while reading other reviews im realizing certain things my nail artist did was unprofessional, it took a long time because he kept leaving to attend others, on top of that he had answered a video call mid nails, and paused to answer someone on the phone.

GREAT EXPERIENCE GONE BAD. I had a wonderful experience ! Ask for Lena 🥰 Update: I received a nail fungus from this nail salon. When I came back to inform them, the lady who said she speaks the most English said she would have to talk to her boss. And said there’s no way it could have come from the salon but this is the only nail salon I’ve gone too since February. They filed the fungus off but They have definitely lost me as a customer.

Had a great time getting my nails done here! I felt taken care of and the process wasn’t rushed. It was very relaxing and the people were so nice. The man who did my nails did a great job. I’m very impressed!

I went to this place for a pedicure and manicure. Everyone was nice , but the service was not good. I paid 75 for a regular 15 minute pedicure and 75 for a manicure, which the nails popped off a week later. I was never offered a sip of water or juice. I will never go back to this place.
