hairdresser was 30 minutes late in taking me. called first and said it’d be 15 minutes, i came within that time period and had to wait 15 minutes more. haircut was very much rushed. i think she was just expecting i just want a trim, but i wanted a certain style/someone to take their time to get it like the reference photo. regardless, the haircut still did look pretty good. biggest complain of the cut was my fringe. i asked for it to be short in the middle longer in the ends, she cut it super fast cos her next client had already arrived and it looked so ugly then and a few weeks after the haircut (currently). this service definitely was not worth the price and would rather take my chances with a student.

Shiloh did an amazing job cutting my hair. They have been cutting my hair for over a year now and are so good at cutting curly hair. They were also so friendly and kept me entertained. Five stars could not recommend them more.

I have been working with Rachel since April 2024. We are having lots of fun experience with adding vivid pink to my natural gray hair. She does a great job and is very thorough. I love the salon with its little boutique. Just a great atmosphere.

My best friend came here to get blonde hair, and left with the exact same goddamn color hair as when she walked in. My girl was practically scammed out of over 200 dollars. What gives this salon the right to do that? As a professional establishment you need to understand that your customers don’t walk into your salon INTENDING TO WALK OUT LOOKING THE EXACT SAME. Don’t trust this salon with your hair. I watched that hair dresser put about 5 foils in my girl’s hair and say she was “done.” Colors by Kim? More like The Exact Same Hair You Had Before by Kim. Thanks for nothing.

My son is 17 and wanted liberty spikes/crazy mohawk! The girl cutting his hair(sorry I totally blanked on her name) was AMAZING!!! He will now only get his hair cut by her and although it's no longer a Mohawk she has done wonderful each and every time. If you can impress a picky teenager then I'm a happy momma

I scheduled an appointment with Rachel, she was absolutely fantastic!! I had a big change that I was going for, I have very thick hair and alot of it... she took my big project on like a champ. She made me leaving feeling like a completely different person! She made me feel so comfortable, was keeping me informed the entire process and continuously made sure that I was okay with how things were going. 10/10 recommend going to her!!! i love this place and the people who work here are lovely. i paid $300 to have my hair done and it looked beautiful but it didn’t look very similar to the picture i showed. no hate to anyone, it was a difficult hair style and it still ended up looking nice. i paid to get my hair toned a few days ago and i saw no difference in the color. the back of my hair was also wet still but i hate to be the person that complains so i didn’t say anything and i paid the $65 plus tip but i wish that for all the money i’ve put into my hair that it would look the way i wanted it to:(

As someone who has trouble expressing what I like/how I like my hair, Bell was absolutely phenomenal. She was patient, she listened and filled in with her expertise to execute exactly what I had in mind (even after I had trouble in my explaining.) It may have just been a haircut but I kid you not, it’s the best haircut I’ve ever had in my life and with my long, fine hair, that’s a lot of haircuts. She was so sweet and kind and made sure at every turn during the services I booked that I was comfortable, communicating with me every step of the way which I appreciated so much. Thank you Bell for making a first time mom feel like a million bucks again :)

Devin is amazing!!! I showed her Pic of what I wanted not expecting to get it but something similar. She nailed it!!! Couldn't be more happier!!! I finally got my vibrant red I've been trying to get!!! Thank you Devin!!! One other plus, best massage i mean shampoo I've ever gotten in 36 years of getting hair done.

Laura is amazing!! She went into my appointment not knowing what she was in for. She fixed what another salon messed up. We didn't get the exact look because we ran out of time but are headed in the right direction. Definitely not her fault because she had no idea what had to be done in advance. She stayed later than expected to make sure I was happy. I am very thankful to have found this salon, everyone there is so sweet and friendly. Highly recommend this facility you won't be disappointed. Went back this past Saturday and got the pleasure of working with Morgan and she worked her tail off to make sure I was happy when I left. She is amazing and nailed it!! Very thankful for all her hard work and couldn't be happier

She is very patient to listen to how I would like my hair cut and if I’m not sure, she takes time to ask lots of questions and makes suggestions. Kelly is so sweet, kind and very knowledgeable and super helpful to me with my hair. I really appreciate her very much and enjoy my visits greatly.

Finding a stylist that could deal with my thick course hair has been a task. Several years ago, I started getting my hair cut & colored by Tammy & I continue to see her on a regular monthly basis. She listens to my requests & explains the process to ensure we are on the same page. Reaching hair goals of growing the length & adjusting the color has been successful. I have been going here for 7 plus years. The salon is always clean and the staff is always super friendly! Erin does an amazing job and I always leave happy! I do not trust anyone else with my hair! I highly recommend this salon and stopping in to see Erin! I moved an hour away and still make the drive to come and see her!

I've been going to Colors by Kim for a few years now and I've never been disappointed. Laura does my hair, and she's always makes sure she knows exactly what I want before starting. She's gentle, kind, professional, and always does great work. My natural color is dark brown, and I bleach it blonde. Not only is she a PRO at toning to the perfect shade, even when I wanted to add red to get a strawberry blonde color, but she tries to keep my hair healthy, soft & smooth in the process. I even asked her if she was able to do hair for my wedding, for myself and my bridesmaids. She came out, did an awesome job, and the bridal party loved her just as much as I do. Everybody at Kims is so nice and welcoming, and I refer people whenever I can! ☺️

Maria is always professional, cheerful, and willing to listen and advise when it comes to my drastic color ideas. She's always a delight. If you're looking for fabulous gel nails, checkout Mary Jo. I’ve been seeing Tammy for 20+ years. I will never go to anybody else. From the front desk and beyond, everybody is so kind and inviting. Prices are reasonable, they have a great selection of products and also a little boutique with the cutest things. All the ladies from my family see Tammy now and we all love her. Highly recommend!

Kelly has been doing my hair for a couple years now and she has been a great help in coloring/styling my hair. Recently I got my hair colored again and she tried her very best to get it the color I wanted, even when my hair was being difficult to work with. I ended up loving it and it was so worth waiting 6 hours in a salon chair LOL! Kelly is my go to person for my hair and I will continue to have future visits with her. Thank you Kelly!!

Maria is AMAZING! She is the best at refreshing my blonde and giving life back to my hair.
