I had a pedicure done by Nancy. She is EXCELLENT!! I highly recommend her. I had my eyebrows waxed be Dee Dee. I highly recommend her as well. She was very gentle and her work is very precise and clean. Both ladies are my go to people!!!

I've been going here for over a year maybe 2 years however recently it seems like they're starting to rip people off. they're pricing has not been consistent and they decided to up their prices. this past experience was subpar at best. only a couple days of getting a fill my one nail just popped right off. I went back to have it repaired but for some reason they had a very difficult time finding the color they had used. so to avoid the hassle of them finding my color (it was milky white btw and I kept reiterating the name of the color but still were not finding) they recommended i change my color because they couldn't find it. I then asked if I would be charged and they told me it would be $36. I was appalled that they had the audacity to try and charge me for a service because of their mistake not to mention how much they'd charge me. needless to say they put a color on my nail that did not match and argued with me that it was the same color but it was noticeably different. at that point I just wanted to get out of there and they fixed my nail at no charge. however soon after all my other nails started falling off one by one. two weeks later I only have 5 nails left that are still intact. guess it's time to start looking for another salon that's reasonable and willing to work with their loyal customers

just moved to the lower Delaware area , looking for salon for my nails , came across this gem !! Personable and I gave them a vision of what I wanted to support my EAGLES and they came through !! 2 nd time getting service , but they hv me a forever customer!! Thank you !!

Judge them not by the service...because unfortunately I never got service... I'm pretty sure m disability being visible was the reason why... but very nice shop!

Went in for a gel mani and pedi and left extremely satisfied. Roy did my nails and Hailey did my pedi. Last minute too. I’m new to the Dover area and saw this place driving around. Looked them up online and the reviews didn’t disappoint. Will be coming back.

Had 3 appointments but customer service was so bad i left with without getting anything. I’ve been before and they did really good work but the customer service ruined it for me. The man is extremely rude.

Ive been learning to do my own nails with builder gel a few months now but had some bad luck this morning with mine so I stopped in CoCo for tip removal and replacement as well as gel overlay. MiMi (spelling?) was so nice and accommodating and did a wonderful job. Definitely recommend and would certainly come back at least for pedis since I have yet to try the gel polish and nail drill on my own toes! Haha!

I got my nails done for my military ball coming up this week as well as a French tip pedicure and they did such a great job, I had one member treating my toes and one doing my nails at the same time so it was a quick process, my second time coming here and I’m impressed!

I had a nail appointment yesterday at 11, As I was going to table 3, the older lady came to the table. She asked me what color. I said 163, please. She started working on my nails. But I noticed she was wearing the same gloves from the previous customer. I kindly asked if she could replace them and get new ones. She became angry and started talking in her language. First you are in America...speak our language in front of us. So disrespectful to everyone who is getting service. She kept rolling her eyes and talking loudly in her language. I don't care if she was upset or not. You will replace those dirty gloves. If I could have gone to another nail salon, I would have done so, but time wasn't on my side. She kept telling me to relax my hands. I told her I had arthritis in both hands. She began to laugh. I'm assuming she had no clue what I just said. To be this rude, unprofessional speaks who she really is... She acts just how she looks just UGLY. She is an older lady with brown, sharp eyebrows. This is not her first time being rude to me, but you will get a 3rd time with me. I'm filing a complaint she shouldn't be allowed to work in any establishment with that kind of rudeness. Shame on you and shame on CoCo nails. I went back to get my nails done on Wednesday, and the service was much better. There are no issues to report at this time. Everyone was friendly. So thank you for the pleasant visit this time.
