I am a very timid patient with fear of pain, needles and procedures in general. Jessica made me feel confident enough to proceed as I got through two procedures and would go back. A miracle right there. Jess knows how to manage through anxieties to get the job done. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Coco Med Spa. PS: Their compounded numbing gel works better and deeper than any others I have tried.

Amy is super nice, careful to details, and very respectful. Sometimes I would ask her if we should do smth extra and she always suggests whatever I need and nothing extra. So she is not greedy and thats why she has gained my trust. Even tho I don’t live in Florida anymore I make sure to always go see Amy when I come down. She is the only one I can trust my face to. I came in for a TMJ botox assessment. Amy was extremely honest and let me know I was not actually a good candidate for the treatment as I wouldn't find the relief I was expecting with it. Very thankful for her honesty and professionalism which saved me a lot of money. Will definitely recommend this place to friends if they need their services. Thanks you Amy.

Got my first facial peel with Halley today! She is so sweet and knows her craft. The spa is clean, lovely ambience and they care!. Don’t try to push services and only recommend for you to get what you really need! I even got some samples <3 Jolie at the front desk was awesome too!

I absolutely love Coco! I've had two microneedling sessions with Halley, and I’m completely obsessed with the results. My skin is transforming, and I can’t wait for my third session – this is definitely becoming a yearly ritual! Halley is incredibly skilled, and every visit is such a relaxing experience. She always ensures you're comfortable, and the cozy room with soothing music sets the perfect vibe. What I really appreciate is that she never pushes sales on you. Instead, she provides valuable information, and you can tell she genuinely cares and is highly knowledgeable.

Jessica is amazing! She's so knowledgeable, patient and a true artist. I always feel at ease at my visits with her, because she absolutely knows what she's doing. The front desk attendant was rude, hopefully management can address that- it's nice having warm and nice people at the front of a med spa. Otherwise, thank you for taking care of me- loving my results already!

I’ve been going to Coco Medspa for over 2 years and the staff is always very welcoming and friendly, especially the front the desk , Amy and Summer. I have seen Jessica who provides great service. She’s very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. I love how she focuses on making you look natural and refreshed. If you’ve ever gotten Botox before you know that having the right person with the right skills makes a world of difference and you’re actually getting your moneys worth. If you’re in Saint Pete or Tampa, don’t mess around with anyone else go here. Jess is a professional. Also, Jade at the front desk might be the nicest office manager I’ve ever met. I've gone here twice with Halley for lash lifts and just did the Clear Facial. Got rid of all the milia around my eyes with no issues. Would recommend!
