I love this place! Joy is incredibly talented and knows where tension lies! I am feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after the Thai herbal compress massage. 10/10 would recommend. I am a massage therapist, so you can trust me!

It used to be good. After telling the massage therapist to not touch my knee, they did multiple times even when I repeated to not touch. If you have an injury I’d avoid this place.

Had a great massage here. I forget the name of the masseuse but they were amazing. Very communicative and checking in every so often to make sure everything was going well. very peaceful 55 min massage that helped relax my muscles. Booked the same day of as well- very convenient!

Had a great massage and facial. My masseuse was Daisy and she focused on the problem areas I indicated. She kept checking up on me and asked about my comfort and pressure levels. Katie did my facial. She was pleasant to chat with and gave me advice on my skin care routine. The place was clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to book another service again.

Truly outstanding massages from Nita, who’s the only massage therapist I’ve seen at Cloud9. She’s been in regular rotation with my main massage therapy spot, also in Somerville. Massage tables are a bit basic but the massage more than makes up for that.

I am fortunate enough that I’ve had many massages in my life. Today I tried Cloud9 and it was absolutely wonderful. I was looking for a same-day booking, which they accommodated easily with their online booking. The staff were kind, the location is easy to get to, and the massage was wonderful (I got the Cloud9 Massage and Wellness Signature massage). Big thanks to my massage therapist, Daisy. I asked for lots of pressure, which I got, and there was lot of focus and care placed on my areas of concern. Not only that, but they are a small business who have been operating for more than 5 years! I will absolutely be back again.

Excellent service. I’ve had their signature massage as well as prenatal massage. While the spa is no thrills, you get a fantastic massage for reasonable rates! I’ll go back time and time again!

Great massage, but I can't get over the "mandatory 17%+ tip". If you want to charge more money, just raise your prices but these games with tips are ridiculous and offensive.

I’m surprised by the high reviews. This has been one of the worst massages I received and has deterred me from coming back. Stars for a friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere, but the quality of the massages were suboptimal despite my requests on pressure and focus areas. Maybe I’m too used to getting Thai massages and couldn’t fully appreciate Cloud9’s techniques… but to each their own

My husband and I came from out of town and both booked massages with Georgenne based on her great reviews. Her amazing reviews are very well deserved. This was the best massage I have had in years. My husband has been joking about going back to Scituate just to get another massage, but I don’t think he’s actually joking. I wish we lived closer to get regular massages with Georgenne. She is amazing!

Very nice place with easy available street parking. Easy to book appointments online and there's a generous cash discount. The massage therapist Daisy did an excellent job with the "signature massage" and used a variety of techniques that makes this place stand out. She did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable and applying the right pressure/focusing on areas that needed more work.
