Dont waste your money in this place .. the audacity to ask for more than 20% tips for a 30min massage .

Not a great massage. I really don’t know where to start. The lady who started my massage came in chewing loudly in my ear. She chewed for the first three to five minutes, and being that she chewed for so long I can’t verify if her hands were clean. I booked a 90 minute and about 15-20 minutes of those minutes, I was left untouched and they spent time chatting amongst eachother, even loudly as they performed the massage. When she put hot stones on me, she didn’t check temperature just placing them and burning me. They also left the door open as they walked in and out which made me uncomfortable. The lady who massaged me didn’t establish any kind of communication on what I needed instead did what she wanted. I wanted to relax but she performed sports massage type massage. It was intense, fast and aggressive. Note that they only seem to accept cash and you must tip what they suggest . They will send you to their ATM. For less than 90 minutes they expected 1$30 and this was not worth a $30 tip. As a therapist who is very low maintenance when it comes to looking for relaxation after hard weeks of work, this was by far the least impressive massage spa I’ve come across in Richmond.

This place is crazy before I even walk in the door they tell me they only accept cash. It’s 2024 why is that ? Then they proceed to tell me to go to an atm and come back . They also told me for one hour it was $130 plus tips. Absolutely not !

This was by far the worst massage my husband and I have ever had in RVA. We booked an hour long couples massage. His masseuse started… mine came in about 5-10 minutes after him. She never asked me what type of massage or problem areas I had. They both begin to talk loudly throughout the entire massage. During the massage, both ladies walked out to answer the door leaving us there for minutes. My masseuse left a second time to answer the door again. This is absolutely unacceptable. At the end of the massage, both women hounded us, rudely, for a tip after subpar service. I would suggest you find somewhere else, if you want a quiet, uninterrupted massage.
