I searched several salons before choosing cloud 9 and it seems that everyone has turned into a "hair mill" in and out and has lost the experience of what getting a hair cut can bring individuals. Cloud 9 is focused on the customer not only with a hair cut but shampoo and conditioner and blow out treatment no matter if it's just a trim, you leave cloud 9 feeling your best! Hayleigh has sold me on cloud 9

She was able to trim, style, and shape my hair with confidence. She was calm and knew what to do with the things I requested all while still chatting with me. I did the Moroccanoil Scalp Reset and a hair cut. Shannon was absolutely amazing and extremely professional! She was very receptive and knowledgeable in my vague hair cut length demands and I will recommend everyone I know to her! On the website, the Scalp reset is marketed as an in-depth analyzation using a microscope that we can view on an i-pad. That part never happened. We went straight into the 4 product morrocanoil exfoliation, which was amazing. My scalp does feel healthier and "reset". But 1 star off for false marketing, I paid for an expected experience that I didn't receive in its entirety.

I've always had awesome experiences with haircuts at Cloud 9. My 10 year old daughter loved her curly cut there as well. I recently saw Abbie for hair extensions and it was fabulous! She detailed the process, costs and care at our consultation. My hair was barely shoulder length and her skilled sewing and scissor layering talents left me with an incredible blend between my natural hair and Bellami hair wefts. We decided to tone all over to more naturally match the brunette colors and I'm just in love with this hair. I'm so grateful she took the time to answer all my questions and I feel gorgeous! I've added another set of longer extensions and love it! ❤️💇🏻♀️
