I absolutely loved my experience. Everyone was so welcoming. She taught me a lot about my hair texture, and I was surprised when I left how much curl I really had! So much education, great pricing, and I didn't feel like I didn't belong. Lifetime client for sure. I can not thank Marcel enough for coming in at the last minute for my hair crisis!

I absolutely enjoy getting my hair taken care of by Heather! She is always professional and knowledgeable about her practice. Her establishment is clean, cute, and relaxing. She is very informative of all her services, and will go out of her way to make sure her client is taken care of. Her prices are very reasonable for a professional finish. She is always on time, and ready for your scheduled appointment. Furthermore, she is quick with perfection. If she gives you advice for your hair care maintenance, I suggest you take it. 💜

I booked an appointment for today 1 month ago. The appointment was for box braids. I paid a full 255 dollar deposit. Please not Heather has a 15 minute grace period. I arrived at 10:15 for my appointment, the appointment was at 10. Heather already had a client in her chair and told me that even though I arrived during the grace period that she already had a client and she then told me the 255 dollar deposit would not go towards any rescheduling and that she does not do refunds. After trying to reason with heather because 255 is a lot of money she refused to be helpful at all. She’s a thief don’t pay any deposits online. Go somewhere where you can pay after the service has been done.

I have the Beautifully Bonded extensions in Malaysian kinky straight texture and I love it! The hair is thick and soft, yet it feels weightless on my head! There’s a variety of styles i can accomplish, so I love the range it gives me! I have it in 16”-18” length and that is already more than halfway down my back so it’s the perfect length for me, without being too long! All in all, this is the best quality hair I’ve ever had and Heather was quick and painless with application!

My 4yo son has curly hair & I took him to a different salon where they butchered it. This is our second time with Heather, & I won’t trust anyone else with his hair! Heather KNOWS her stuff, & is so great with curly/textured hair. She’s quick, which is great with a toddler. She’s sooo good with kids & knows how to make them feel comfortable in her chair. She’s also so kind, funny, & easy to talk to. Her salon is clean & cozy & welcoming. Highly recommend!

Heather is the best! I got my hair colored today and it was everything I asked for + more!!! The salon is so clean and the vibe is amazing!! I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Clips Cafe to others! I felt welcomed the moment I walked in, and the atmosphere was very positive with gospel music playing. Heather did a great job with my highlights. I have curly 4a/3c hair and was nervous about the way things would turn out, but I loved the results so much. Heather explained to me what she was doing each step of the way, and actually educated me on the highlighting process as it was my first time going through it all. By the end of the appointment, I had recommendations on products that would work for me too based on the coloring I had and my hair type. I purchased products from both the Design Essentials and Paul Mitchell lines per her suggestions and after waiting my 72 hours I put them to the test - they worked great and I’ll be using them until I schedule a follow up appointment with Heather. Highly recommend!

I had a really great salon experience: went in for a trim, ended up getting educated about how I can improve my hair care! My scalp and hair and I left MUCH better off than when we arrived; and I didn’t even intend this. Just thought I was going in for a regular old hair trim!!! Quick Appt, but still a very quality appt.
