The young man that was doing my pedicure was a little rough at first but after we spoke to the main man everything was slowed down and was an awesome experience for me and my fiance on our first visit. We WILL be back.♥️ I got a hug and my fiance got a handshake before leaving. Wonderful establishment!

I went here to get my wedding nails done the weekend before my wedding. I live out of town and was in Hot Springs so decided to look for a nail shop. This one had 5 stars so I decided to go. Well my mistake the guy talked about the hog game the entire time, talked about his bets on the games. He asked me one question the whole time other than color and shape bc I had said something to my fiance about being stressed. He asked me "What do you do for work that your so stressed?" The second I went to answer he started talking to the other person working and completely interrupted me. Then, I showed him my inspiration pic and he said he didn't have enough pearls to do it so said he was going to do rhinestones or tiny ones instead. I was fine with it. Well, I am the type of person that doesn't like confrontation so I was not happy with them but said it was ok bc I just wanted to leave. He didn't do the rhinestones, the nails were lumpy, the shape on the ends was not straight, he didn't push back my cuticles nor do anything to them, the top coat ended up getting a hairline crack across the top by the end of the 4th day. I have a desk job and I never hit the nail to cause it. It wasn't noticeable to others but I noticed it. I ended up going to my local nail shop today to get them fixed. The day before my wedding! Long story short......there's no way this place should still have 5 stars. I'm giving it 3 stars bc it was clean, not over priced and wasn't busy but he was short handed and asked for me to come back, I came back at the agreed upon time and I got right to a chair. But the quality of work was not 5 stars worthy.

This place is everything the other comments say. If you are in the Hotsprings, AR area, you have to stop by. I let them know my husband was getting a pedicure for the first time, and they made sure he had a great experience. Tommy and Michael had us laughing the whole time. We were visiting from Memphis, TN/Olive Branch, MS.

Ruby was sweet! I prefer to just enjoy the moment and not talk too much, and she didn't seem to mind, which I deeply appreciate. She was fast, funny, and friendly. If I wasn't visiting for vacation, this would become my usual spot for me all the time. Highly recommend coming here. They've earned their 5 stars!!

My daughter and I went to classy nails for the first time today. Howie did my nails. He was awesome. Did an amazing job. I’ve always gotten square nails and he talked me into try the almond shape and they look amazing!! The design is on point and the color he picked for me (because I couldn’t decide) is beautiful!!!! Thank you howie!!!!

DON’T HESITATE TO COME TO THIS PLACE. Me and my family drove from out of town and found this place on Google. I seen the 5 star review and said there’s no way. So we went for our own personal experience. This is the best nail shop ever. We were greeted by everyone, they asked what service did we want and they got right to it. From the services to the communication was a 10/10. We will be driving out of town again just to come back and visit this place. Thanks Claasy Nail Spa

Everyone who works here is conscientious and concerned about their client being satisfied. They take extra precautions to ensure hygiene and their products are very high quality. It is a family owned business and they care about all of their employees. I recently moved to Arkansas and tried several nail salons before I came to Classy nails. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I Visited this nail salon while in town for my birthday weekend…. The staff were very friendly and professional. Ruby did my pedicure. She friendly, professional, and almost put me to sleep. My nails were done by Limb. He was also friendly and professional. He told lots of jokes. My nails are on point. I got dip powder. My nails are not lumpy. They are smooth and look well. I wish I could take the entire staff back to STL Mo. If you are in the area…. Check them out you will not be disappointed.
