My experience at CITYSKIN was amazing to say the least! I honestly thought this was a franchise but I was pleasantly surprised to find out it isn't and that it's owner operated! CITYSKIN is so unique! I can definitely see this brand becoming a huge franchise that eventually provides its own signature name products!!

I came today to City Skin for a facial and other treatments on my face, because she was highly recommended!!! Let me tell y’all I did not leave there, disappointed at all!!! I will not give Crystal a five star. I will give her 100 star. She is so professional at what she does. I went to her because I suffer from Melasma which cause dark spots on your face. I just love how she took her time to explain everything all the process and the product that she was going to use on me!!! She just might be the best in the South!!😉🤗🤷🏻‍♀️😂

My time with Crystal is always the absolute best! I have been seeing Crystal for 15 years now. (Since i was 12) she has been doing my eyebrows and facials. I still travel into town from North Carolina once a year for her to shape me up and to just see her because she is such an amazing person!

She’s an atrocious thief. I don’t recommend at all. There are other honest aesthetic service providers that utilize and promote better products and services. I’m now waiting for my financial institution to return my money because she fraudulently charged my card and then tried to persuade me to book with her again. Terrible .

Ms Crystal is absolutely AMAZING! She did a Teen Facial on my daughter to get her ready for her 14th birthday pics and she made my baby feel SO special and beautiful! And her skin was GLOWING! I had an amazing experience for my first time at CITYSKIN. Crystal checked my skin under a special light in order to determine the best facial for me, which was the CitySkin Signature. I let her know the areas of concern on my face are the bags and dark circles under my eyes. She used a specialized tool to target and improve these areas. The facial felt amazing and who doesn't love a face massage. If I could rate my experience with six stars, I definitely would!

I love everything at Cityskin! I've been seeing Crystal regularly for waxing and facials and absolutely love her service! My facials last for weeks not a day, and my waxes are always smooth and clean afterwards. Her attention to detail is impeccable. My favorite thing though is her careful selection of products.
