Was vacationing solo in the area and wanted to try a float session. I couldn't have been happier with my experience! The spa was very nicely decorated and everything was very clean and relaxing. The float tank was really cool - it was my first time trying and I was impressed. A nice shower to rinse off, the float session had some sort of oil included I think to keep the salt from drying out my skin, a headrest provided, and soothing music played underwater. I also did a 60 minute sauna session - the sauna had bluetooth capabilities so I was able to connect my phone and play my own music. They also provided hydration drinks and a chilled washcloth for after your sweat session! Very pleased - I highly recommend and if I'm ever in the area again I will be sure to go back!

I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for years and for my birthday my husband gave me 2 plantar fasciitus massages from Circle of Life. After my first massage I stepped off the table almost completely pain free and it hasn't come back. The massage itself is not a relaxation massage and it has moments of pain but it is so completely worth it for the adhesions to be broken up and to manage the pain. I strongly recommend this for anyone with plantar fasciitis.

Very clean with a soothing atmosphere. The sauna was nice, the float session was wonderful, and the massage was fantastic. Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. This place is wonderful and I cannot wait to go back! The most relaxing day I've had in a very long time. Worth every penny!

Had the opportunity to attend an event here and absolutely loved it! From the initial step in the door, the ambiance coupled with the welcoming staff gave way to a relaxing and refreshing evening. The infrared sauna is awesome with bluetooth music and chromotherapy heightening the experience. The float tank also is impressive with a glass door and high ceiling that differs from the traditional float pod. The Thai tabletop massage offered a deep stretch which helped alleviate my lower back and leg pain after a short session. The Japanese facial massage opened up my sinuses and involves lymphatic drainage, making me feel as though I had a full body massage although it was just my face/neck. I look forward to scheduling future appointments here and making it part of my self-care routine.

I had the opportunity to go to Circle of Life for an event and the facility is beautiful, the staff is phenomenal, and they offer so many services! I highly recommend getting an ashiatsu massage and using their sauna!

I went to Circle of Life yesterday for a one hour massage with pain relief cream. I've only gotten 1 massage before and this was the BEST! I felt so relaxed, so much less pain, I slept so much better. Most people I talk to say the could never get a massage because they push too hard. Here, you are asked what intensity you'd like (light, medium, hard), and if its ever too much or too little, they ask you to let them know! I HIGHLY recommend Circle of Life with Moriah. ❤️

Today I visited the Circle Of Life Massage and wellness center in Ephrata and got my therapeutic massage with Jenna. I just have to start out by saying that this was the best massage I’ve EVER gotten. I could literally feel the knots being released from my body. Jenna was so kind and caring. I had a massage with Stacie P recently and it was amazing. I have seen her several times (always a good experience) and this time she used trigger point technique. My foot pain started to drastically decrease, and I noticed the improvement immediately. I didn't even mention to Stacie I was recently diagnosed with Planter Fasciitis. I was focused on my hip pain that day. I have received a cortisone shot in my foot and it did not decrease the pain like the massage did. Now several days later I don't have to use any pain relievers! I am so grateful!

My pregnancy massage with Stacie was amazing (as was the pillow that allowed me to lay face/stomach down for my massage rather than on my side!) Stacie asked what areas I wanted her to focus on and really zoned in on my trouble spots as well as some spots I had no idea were tight. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well and the space was calm and relaxing. I highly recommend this place!

Brandy is amazing at what she does. My pain level going in was at 10+. Leaving, pain level in my neck, shoulders, and back went down to a 4. I will be making future sessions. Everyone was welcoming even Nora. Very relaxing, clean, friendly and professional atmosphere. Definitely definitely recommend if you have pain or just want to relax!

Sooooo wonderful! The place was very professional. The massage was amazing. Such a great muscle recovery. Relaxed me both mentally and physically. The tables are sturdy which makes me feel more relaxed and not worried. Great experience. Will definitely be back again.

I had my first much needed massage with Circle of Life this afternoon and all aspects of my experience was excellent. I felt very welcomed and the entire place had a calm and peaceful feel to it. My massage therapist was Pam and she was just amazing. Her real deal warm and caring personality made me comfortable right away. My therapeutic massage was A ++. I will definitely go back , hopefully on a regular basis.

Jenna F is by far the the Best massage therapist I've ever had! She is able to target my trouble spots and relax me at the same time. Highly recommend booking with her your next massage. And make it 90 minutes because its That good 🙌🏻

Hands down an incredible massage! I worked with Pam and she was professional, welcoming and caring. Everyone was warm and friendly from the minute I arrived. Online scheduling was simple, payment was simple. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting and smelled amazing. I literally can not say enough and I am excited to return for my next massage!
