I came to the salon with a butchered haircut with no hope and Megan worked her magic and performed a miracle. I walked into the salon feeling doomed and walked out feeling confident and happy again. Can’t thank her enough!

It’s okay. I stopped going because I was struggling to explain my desires to my stylist and instead of trying to talk it out with me and figure out what I was asking for they just got irritated with me and brushed me off. This seems to be a plague with SF salons especially if you don’t want the trendiest style of the moment (it’s like they get amnesia that there are other styles than a wolf cut or a mob wife bob) and Sorry at the tune of $150++ you can spend 10-15 minutes talking it out with me, seriously so sick of this

I relocated to San Francisco last year and have been searching for a new salon home, because we all know how difficult that can be! I am so grateful I found Cinta! Danielle, my stylist, is in one word INCREDIBLE! She listened, guided me, and gave me exactly what I was looking for! I am so happy to report I've found a salon home! From my first interaction with scheduling and the fabulous front desk to my blowout, I felt completely cared for and everyone was happy and welcoming! Thank you Cinta Salon, I'm so excited you exist!

Tinee is an absolute gem of a human being and stylist. She is the only person that’s given me a haircut I’ve loved in my 33 years on this planet. I am Persian with thick textured hair and until I met Tinee 8 years ago, I never had a stylist that knew what to do with it. She is so thoughtful and sweet. She truly understands the art of cutting hair. I don’t even need to ask for what I want, she knows exactly what to do. She is the best!!

Arvin has cut my hair three times and each time I love it more! He truly listens and discusses the cut he plans to do and makes sure I'm on board throughout. The styling is always lovely and I never feel rushed. The front desk staff is very welcoming as well.

Cinta was able to fit me in for a same-day partial balayage appointment with Lia U. I have thick and dark virgin hair which many stylists kind of cringe at when I ask for color, but Lia was totally cool with it and I am so happy with the result. Lia gave me very detailed explanations on how to maintain and style my hair. Can't recommend her enough.

I always come to see Tinee. She is very attentive and has been supportive throughout my hair color journey from going blonde then to red. She knows her stuff and I love coming between services just for her to shampoo and style my hair. 10/10 recommend this lady. The salon in general has a great atmosphere too. They will bring you a hot or cold beverage of your liking while you are being serviced. Can't say enough how much I love this place 😍

I was nervous to try a new salon and stylist but as my previous stylist has retired I took a chance after hearing positive things from friends. I appreciated the time both stylists took to discuss my needs and concerns. They were very helpful. Thanks Reynold and Malia.

I was out of town visiting San Fran for a wedding and did a lot of research to find a salon near the hotel I was staying. I am very particular about how my hair is styled, especially for an event where I’ll be dancing and need to last many hours. The receptionist (I don’t remember her name, she had red hair) was very kind and professional. Danielle, my stylist, was amazing! She was also super kind and professional, and gave me one of the best blowouts I’ve ever had. It looked so sleek and bouncy! I was so nervous to have my hair blown out by a random person, but it came out so great. She also took her time and did not rush at all, and made great conversation so it flew by. Not only was it amazing when I left the salon, but she ensured me it would stay, and it did! We took pics by the Golden Gate where it’s super windy, and the curls still held intact! The groom even said my hair looked beautiful, haha. I am also writing this the day after and the curls are still going strong/still sleek on top! All in all, I highly recommend this salon if you need a blowout (or I’m sure anything else!). The stylists are kind, talented and knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed.

Twice, I’ve had people not show up for Appointments. The front desk is extremely Haughty and arrogant and make scheduling very difficult . It is also impossible to reach people. When changes are needed. I do not recommend the salon at all. It used to be great. About 10 years ago now it’s in the garbage.

I am not happy with the work Stylist did yhe second time, will not use this salon for the amout they charge and work performed. Additionally, I forgot my favorite Italian hat, they said they did not find it. You will think this type of salon will have a lost and found.

I needed a root touch up and blow out last minute. It was such a relief to be able to book the day before. The front desk people were so nice. Malia did a great job with my hair , color and the blow out, I have a lot of hair and she never seemed overwhelmed. She was so lovely and suggested a treatment that I was so happy I did. The space is a vibe and near union square which adds to the experience/ makes for a nice self care outing. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to Cinta salon for the past 10+ years. I’ve moved several times and tried to find places closer to me, but none of them can compare to the service and skill that Cinta’s stylists provide. So now I always make time to travel back to Cinta since I don’t trust anyone else with my hair!
