The team took a day before tax season for spa services yesterday and when we say top notch, we mean top notch. We appreciated the flexibility in upgrading or adding on services, and the atmosphere was truly tranquil. We will return! -CThomas

Had the Accupulse co2 laser on my face and neck done by Cathy. Omg!! There are not words to explain how smooth, soft and radiant my skin is. There is no one I would trust to do this aggressive treatment other than her. The laser She has for this is the best. Do this you will love it!!! My pores have shrank, my skin tone is even, all of the rough patches are gone.

My mom had an amazing experience at Chrysalis Day Spa in Hot Springs! Booking was easy, the atmosphere was relaxing, and Courtney was incredibly professional, making sure my mom felt comfortable and well taken care of. It was the ultimate day of relaxation, and we’ll definitely be back!

Made an appointment for the very first massage for the wife and I. When we arrived, the process was not explained very well. Our first step was hydrotherapy bath. It was freezing. Attendant, after finally finding one, stated, "It must have tripped the breaker again." Our options were to wait for the water heater to warm the water or wait till the massage technicians got through with the present person's in which they were servicing. Needless to say, sitting naked in a strange, itchy robe in a lobby in front of strangers was not how we wanted our first massage to be. Very, very disappointed.

The establishment is nice, very relaxing atmosphere! I had Cate and she gave the absolute best massage I've ever had! And I was a licensed practicing massage therapist for 12 years! The only reason i gave 4 stars is bc my hubby and I got a couples massage and his was uncomfortable. She was not really nice from the get go and seemed like she had other places she'd rather be. She did not drape as securely as would have been more comfortable for him (he was also a massage therapist for years) she skipped areas that he specifically asked for more attention on. So I'd recommend Cate, but maybe Tiffany was just having a bad day, but.... just try to see Cate! Lol!

My husband and I just had a couples massage for our anniversary with Juliano and (I think!) Sarah. We both had a wonderful experience. Both were professional and very intuitive. Highly recommend this facility and both massage therapists.

The bathhouse row spas are nice, but I prefer Chrysalsis for massages. They have a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere and the best staff!

This was an overall good experience. The staff was friendly and the massage was AMAZING! The hydrotherapy bath was also nice. I would recommend some more ambiance as well as safety bars for entering and exit the bath as well as a way to alert staff if help is needed. Additionally, the robes need to be checked and updated more often. They were clean but some were missing ties and had bleach blemishes. Also, I would recommend having different baskets to collect the robes and sandals.

I've went and had the deep tissue massage and a facial and it's so calm and peaceful there already after both of those I was on cloud 9 when I left!!! Everyone is super friendly and the whole place is just nice and clean.

Amazing spa day! I had the Blue Butterfly Package with wax add on. I enjoyed every part of my day! The bath was nice, massage by Sarah was wonderful,and lunch was good! Christin was amazing with my facial and wax. I was a bit nervous, as this was my first wax, but she eased my nerves and was wonderful during the process. I even booked a repeat wax with her before I left. The front desk was kind and welcoming. Overall great experience! Can't wait for my next visit!

I have been here numerous times because Cathy makes me feel so at ease. I would say that I'm not the "regular spa type" but nonetheless Cathy explained procedures and discussed what would work best for me and my budget.

I have had ResurFX, IPL, Full lip blushing, lash extensions, eyebrow lamination and tinting as well as threading, Botox and Brazilian wax. All of my experiences have been excellent. I've seen Valentina, Grace, Soona, Jana and Stacey. All are wonderful and very experienced! Some of these procedures were new to me and I wouldn't have felt comfortable trying them anywhere else.

I visited the spa hoping for a relaxing experience, but it was far from it. The atmosphere was unprofessional, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and the lighting was downright horrible. There was no soothing music to enhance the ambiance, and it felt like the staff lacked the experience needed for a truly enjoyable spa visit. Disappointing overall.

My friend and I bought the full day package (4.5 hrs), when we arrived we were not given any details to what the day would entail or the order of operations or any direction at any time. the lunch was in a small little room with cold pasta and a warm drink. The part that was incredibly uncomfortable was the wrap and massage. My therapist had me on a table with plastic with a very small hand towel to wear as a diaper and a wash cloth for my chest (normally you would be covered with a sheet for your privacy). I told the women that I did not think it would cover, I obviously felt very exposed and my therapist was so very not accommodating in any way. I would not recommend this ‘spa’ to anyone who is looking for a relaxing enjoyable time. We were the last ones in the building and they were turning lights off on us, it all felt very very u professional.

My girlfriend and I did the blue butterfly special, best bang for your buck in my opinion as it comes with mostly everything you’d want plus lunch! Would recommend as everyone who attended to us was very nice and knowledgeable.

My husband and I did the “Couples Mini Retreat” package, which is the bath and massage. When we got there, we felt incredibly rushed. We arrived ten minutes early, and were told to go ahead and change into robes and fill out some paperwork. After changing into robes and flip flops, we were told to go ahead and go to the bath. We explained that we hadn’t had a chance to fill out our paperwork yet. I think at this point, the woman helping us sensed that we were being rushed and gave us a few minutes to catch our breath. The bath and massages were very nice! Our massage therapists did an amazing job of working on our target areas. If we come back in the future, we will plan on arriving much earlier and bringing comfortable sandals to wear around the spa.
