The stylist that I had been going to (at a different salon) for years suddenly left and I lost touch with her. I had to get my hair cut so after quite a while, I looked over reviews for other stylists and found Jaime at Chroma. I am so glad I did. She gave me one of the absolute BEST cuts I have ever had. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked and did so beautifully. Plus, she is so kind and we had such a nice conversation. I will be going back to her!!! Thank you, Jaime. You are a gem!

Tiana has been my hair care stylist for 5+ years! I had goals for my hair,and she's helped me achieve them all. I couldn't recommend her highly enough! She's knowledgeable, caring, and listens intently to your requests. You can't go wrong in this ladies hands! ❤️

Coming to Chroma for my appointment is a treat. Amber is always ready for me and full of stories. The head massage during the wash and condition is like being at a spa and when my appointment is over the color and cut always looks fantastic.

Chroma Salon in Edmonds is a great place. Tiana is amazing at coloring my hair! The foil method Tiana uses hides the grays & gives great dimensional color. I especially love that when it is growing out it doesn’t show how long it’s been since my last color. No “grow out line”. The haircuts are wonderful too! Tiana is super knowledgeable & I recommend her to anyone who asks. She takes the time to ask the questions of what you want, listens to your answers & makes great recommendations. Tiana will take great care of you & you will LOVE your hair!

Debbie Barajas and the entire team at Chroma in Edmonds are first-rate. They always go above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule. And I can’t say enough about Debbie-not only is she an expert at her craft, she is also extremely kind and compassionate, a true friend. I’ve been going to Jaime for over a year now. She always brings the life back into my hair, never disappoints. I throw ideas and thoughts, she always talks me through what and why it may or may not work, etc. and always gets me to what I ask for. So happy! I literally get compliments all the time. :)

*EDIT* - I recently received a reimbursement based on my review below, which I really appreciate. Updating my review. I really love the final look, but was disappointed with how the billing was performed. When you book online, you select services you want and you are given your estimated cost. During my appointment, my tech added a bunch of services without asking me or informing me that this would raise the cost from what I saw online. I ended up having to pay an additional $150+ more than what I expected.

Jamie is the best stylist ever. I have coarse curly hair and Jaime has made my hair manageable and gorgeous as well as taught me how to maintain the results at home. I cannot recommend her enough. Her color skills are also unmatched. 10/10 book an appointment

I had the absolute pleasure of getting my hair done by Tiana, and she is a gem! She’s hilarious and a blast to chat with, but she also has impeccable taste. I came in looking for an asymmetric bleach color block style, and Tiana absolutely nailed it. Tiana is amazing! She was the first hair dresser to actually listen and do what me as her client wanted. I am so grateful I got to meet her. She excels at gray coverage and color correction. Jaime is AMAZING!!!! I’ve been with her for about a year now and will never switch over to anyone else. I have really dark hair and she’s taken me to an ashy/icy blonde with the least amount of damage and cutting. I was worried that my hair was too damaged and color treated to ever get to this shade, but Jaime did it! She is honest about what to expect but works so hard to reach the goal (even if takes multiple sessions to preserve health). As an introvert, I really appreciate her friendliness because it feels like hanging with a friend every time I go in. She’s the best! 10/10 highly recommend.

The wonderful staff at Chroma are talented and skilled stylists. They are professional and provide excellent service. I have seen several stylists here and I have always had a great experience. I have very thick blonde hair and my color always turns out great. I highly recommend this salon.

Tiana cut my hair into an inverted bob / wedge. I had shoulder length hair and asked for light layers. She did her own thing. Then she tried to tell me my hair would grow an inch a month and grow out. My hair is humiliating, will take at least 6 months to grow out.

I've had a lot of good haircuts, and I've even had some great haircuts, but usually, I get a haircut that looks nice while I'm in the chair but that I have no clue how to recreate once I leave the salon. Not so with Maria. She took great care to not only ensure she gave me the cut I wanted—asking a ton of questions at the beginning and along the way—but to also be sure I knew how to style it myself at home, from products to drying techniques. It has made for consistently great hair days!

I’ve been going to Tiana for years and can honestly say I never leave disappointed. She is exceptionally talented in both cutting and coloring hair. Her balayage technique is amazing. The placement of color not only looks beautiful when done, but makes the grow out more natural. Tiana also looks out for the integrity of your hair and will be honest in what your hair can and cannot handle. She is also very knowledgeable about hair, so when I ask her for her opinion about hair color or a hair issue she is able to give me a very informed answer. She is absolutely the best!

Tiana is amazing! Not only is she highly skilled but she also listens to what I want and my concerns. When I first saw her my hair was died black accidentally by another stylist and she told me what my options were and fixed it. I am so happy with my hair now thanks to Tiana!
