Michelle was very rude and unprofessional. She scheduled an appt for my daughter and me for Saturday past at 9:30 am. When I texted to let her we were on our way, she told me to wait. When I asked how long, she said it would be another hour. I told her not to worry about it and she went off on me texting me out of my name and said I didn't care about her sick mother. I'm not sure where that came from seeing as how I don't have a personal relationship with Michelle. She cut my hair from time to time in the past but never again will she get in our hair. That was the most ridiculous experience. Then had the nerve to call me bipolar and tell me she knows how to find me. The ghetto. If I could upload the text messages I would definitely do so. The owner of this shop really should know how his/her stylists treat clients.

I had an 8am appointment with one of the stylist. I waited for one hour, she didn't call to say she was running late or anything. I asked another stylist if she could take me, she was very hesitant, so I left. Very unprofessional!!!! Never let your money walk out of the door!!!

She charge 40 for a 8 year old wash and rollers for a child no ma'am. That's adult wash and set.
