Update idk what happened this last visit. Obviously there was a miscommunication with my scheduling. I took my mother here to spoil her a little bit and boy did I regret it.The Nail tech had a poor attitude doing my mom's nails then decided to start speaking in their language which made us feel very uncomfortable as i know they all speak English well .Then I was put with a nail tech that I did not want and still unhappy with my set I ended up paying a $115 for short nails I was so unhappy that I didn't even want color I knew this was gonna happen that's why I didn't want another nail tech I told her i would reschedule but she insisted I go with her other tech I still tipped very well but after going home and speaking to my mom about how we were treated and unhappy with the service I know it won't matter but they have lost my business after 4 years -

Had a horrible manicure experience. Cuticles weren't even trimmed all the way. I had to look at my nails and tell him if he can keep cutting around my nails. I asked if he had another pink color and he said no. I seen other colors. I left and looked at my nails and just didn't leave satisfied at all. I will not go back to that salon again. I'm going to take my polish off and hopefully find another better nail salon.

This has to be one of the BEST nail salons I’ve been too!! The deluxe pedicures are AMAZING!!! Every one is so nice and gentle here. 10/10 would recommend. Will be coming here again! Update my nail extensions kept splitting from the acrylic 😀 will only be coming for the pedicure never AGAIN for my nails. 77$ just for them to spilt in a day!

Amazing service! Excellent guest services and very accommodating staff! Would definitely recommend!! Chi the owner was very accommodating ! Helen took amazing care of me and Ricky was very helpful the whole time! Definitely will be coming back!

This was not a spa pedicure experience. For $50 I received a very basic pedicure and it wasn’t anything spectacular, not even sufficient. There was barely any callous removal with the pumice, nails were never once filed after the trim, and the polish was applied too thin. I later discovered upon closer inspection that the polish was streaked and outside the nail bed on some of my toes. Even though there were only two other customers in the shop during my appointment, I was in and out of the chair in less than 25 minutes. So, it’s not like they needed to rush to service other customers. Also, I called in for an appointment. I was not a walk-in. I wouldn’t return for a second time.

Paid $85 plus a $20 tip for a gel mani/pedi only to have it peeling off after only two days. Highly disappointed. The cuticle care was also very lacking. My friend’s gel pedicure looked absolutely awful. At least mine looked good for two days.

I get nervous and uncomfortable who does my nails… but I love what Liam has done to my nails— incredibly talent! He is gentle and does what I asked :) I just love it!!! Will be coming back

i’ve been going to Chi for so many years and i will never go anywhere else! i get crazy designs on my nails and no one else does them like her! everyone in the shop is so friendly and knows what they’re doing. you can never go wrong here. 🥰

Love this place! They did an amazing job on my pedicure and a full set. 2 weeks later and not 1 rhinestone has fallen off! Definitely give it a try

This place is amazing very cute very professional very clean. Honestly I’m a city girl from Boston, New York and LA and this is the finest you’re going to get the entire Reno the service is exquisite. she CHE and Liam and Helen and Holly are phenomenal service. They treat you like family they’re very professional and clean. They go way out and beyond to give you service with gems and French tip and acrylic and manicures and pedicures or to die for. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend any other nail salon but them I used to know a lot of friends and family that went to them and I had to see what all the hype was about. These people are awesome and the prices very affordable so worth your money and you come out, smiling and glowing with positive so if you wanna look like a woman and you want to feel classy, and you want to feel good about yourself this is the salon to go to much love

Was waiting on my car to get an oil change and found this salon walking distance with good reviews. Salon was very clean and Helen was so friendly! She did a wonderful job on my gel manicure. The next time I’m in town I will be back.

Chi nail salon in Reno, NV is my favorite nail salon to go too. Apart from the amount of good reviews I’ve read about; getting my pedicure there was such a lovely time. The staff provides excellent customer service, the person who did my pedicure was very sweet! Kept asking me if I was comfortable, if I wanted some water or a mimosa 🤭. The salon is noticed for its clean and well maintained environment, which just adds to the experience. The salon is a little bit hidden but I think it adds charm! Makes it feel like a hidden gem! I also appreciate the variety and wide range of options they have whether it be designs, preferences in styles. From basic manicures and pedicures. Personally I just feel well taken care of, other places everything feels very rushed and not attentive really to my personal liking. I’m very glad I found this hidden gem, overall, Chi nail salon is a place I highly recommend to customers who value professionalism, cleanliness and wonderful service.

I absolutely love this place they were fast they were friendly they did a great job on my nails I highly recommend this place for your nails they took me as a walk-in and did my nails so great so fast with detail and hand sculptured flowers all day long I get compliments on my nails I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place for your nails by the way I'm super picky and I'm jumpy my fingers did not hurt the next day she didn't burn my cuticles not one time or make me bleed and I know everybody knows what I'm talking about

I’ve been to at least 8 different salons in Reno area& only very few do I go back to due to poor quality of work. They are consistently doing great work here.

They were able to get me in right away with no appointment. They were thorough for a good price. Water or mimosa were offered. The chairs gave a good massage but were slightly uncomfortable.
