Lamarsha is a unprofessional, disrespectful black business owner and I wouldn’t dare recommend or go to her ever again she left my son waiting for 2.5 hours to get his locs done and it wasn’t the 1st time she has been late . So LaMarsha never showed up turned her phone off and didn’t even offer an apology or an explanation. I will never ever allow her to do my locs or my family’s locs again. Furthermore she needs to just stop doing hair because she has no respect for people time money or just in general. Purpose Salon & Spa LLC need to close down and never reopen due to being unprofessional and disrespectful…

Never going again lamarsha is never on time, had me sitting in the shop waiting for her for two hours and that was the second time. After i called twice she turned her phone off.

First time...last time. Veronica did not know the difference between a silk press and flat iron. Did not ask what I wanted done to my hair. The style was horrible and when I told her I didn't like it she just looked at me like "oh well". It's sad when a "beautician" tells you your curls will probably fall as soon as you walk out the door. She was recommended to me but I would not recommend her to anyone. I combed my hair out within a half an hour so no one would see that mess. Update. Thank you for my refund

I had a really good experience at Chazon . Susan Stewart is the best. She was professional and curtiss. I don't let anyone touch my feet but she was gentle and I appreciated that. I will be going back again.

So I asked Veronica if she could do a quick weave she said yes that was a lie she messed my hair up space my tracks to far apart She try to leave big gaps in between would not flat Iron my whole head did not cut my bangs correctly and then started to rush at the end The next day I have 3 tracks coming out around my edges Yes I am upset now I have to re-pay someone else to redo my hair FYI please stick to what you know

The stylist was running low on time so I was there for 5 hours and instead of giving me the hairstyle I wanted she complained it’s to late and that she’s low on time. Also my hair wasn’t blow dried good and the humidity caused my braids to look horrible and not blend in with the hair. At the end of waiting from 2-6 and only spent and hour on my hair I was charged more than I should’ve.
