Absolute worst experience I've ever encountered at a hair salon. Instead of getting my hair layered downwards from my shoulder to armpit, it became a nightmarish experience starting with getting my very long hair chopped 6in above my shoulder, even though I only asked for 2inch trim. Super embarrassing, I felt like one of those characters in the three stooges with the coconut hair cut, absolutely nothing close to what I asked for. I told Matilda(?) to stop chopping my hair and she kept on chopping without listening. I asked her to thin the hair out since it was already super short but she kept on chopping. No wonder there was absolutely no one at her shop while literally next door the barber shop had over 10 people waiting. I should have paid attention to the red flag!

Matilda has been cutting my two sons hair for 6 years. She’s the best. Always quick and clean cuts at a great price.
