Found bed bugs and saw cockroaches staff is not nice neither is the owner I would not recommend staying here

Great place! A beautiful hotel in great walking distance to all the things Walker offers. We have stayed her numerous times over the years and have always had a stellar experience. The kids love the pool area, beach and docks. The on-sight arcade and restaurant are wonderful amenities!

It was ok. I expected a little more for price. There needs to be more parking space for people with disabilitys or valet parking. The sauna didn't work. The pool and bar area was nice.

Beautiful stay on the lake with rental boats, beach side condos and great location in walker MM. Was very close to town an walking distance to almost everything. Friendly staff and inviting public areas to relax.

The condo was nice, but wall art was missing? And the closet door was like smashed?! The Sheetrock repairs weren’t painted and the bed was rock hard… The service was great the front desk manager was very kind! Location was a little far…

Very poor wait staff. The food was less than sub par. Over 20 minutes to get a glass of water. 30 dollars for a plate and the food was almost not edible.

My family loved it here! The rooms were nice and my wife and I got massages at the spa which were great to de-stress. We rented a pontoon at the docks to do some fishing and swimming, and it was an easy process all around. The manager Patti was super nice and explained all of the amenities that were available. Our two kids loved the water trampoline and water mat. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a cabin-like hotel!

We did not stay at the hotel so I did not rate the rooms but we did go to the chase on the lake dining and the food was really good I had the walleye and the prices were reasonable and the service was good, would go back there again

We have been visiting Walker for many years as we have family who own a cabin in the area. We have a large family reunion every two years and this year was my family who were responsible for hosting it. We originally made our reservation block under the previous ownership and then after it was sold, I reached back out worried that everything was lost. Israel was SO accommodating and helpful, ensuring everything stayed as it was and we had the room block we originally had. Fast forward to our stay and the accommodations were EVERYTHING!! The ballroom for the weekend for our family activities, to the pool and beach, to the onsite 502 Restaurant, you can see how much effort Israel puts into his hotel and making a new name for itself! Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the reunion weekend and everything about Chase on the Lake (and downtown Walker). I'm pretty sure the next family to host has already made the decision to come back here again! Thank you again for everything Israel and the entire staff, you made our weekend a memorable one!

2 bedrooms, was like being at home! Delicious food in the restaurant. The view from our room was breathtaking. Would definitely like to return!

Great spot to come for a few mixed drinks and appetizers. Had the walleye dinner which was lightly breaded, flaky, and very tasty. Sometimes gets a little breezy on the deck and the views from inside are great too

I didn't know much about Chase on the Lake when I booked. My family just needed somewhere to stay overnight before heading to our fiinal destination for Thanksgiving. We found it to be a really cool place and decided we will need to come back for a longer stay in the future. The hotel itself is a really nice mix of modern and historical. The location is beautiful. Even in the winter. The staff was helpful and friendly. The one thing I didn't like were the pillows on the bed. Bring your own.

I have been going to the Chase over the past couple of years around the summer as this is when I visit Walker. This recent summer the food has been phenomenal. So much better than I remember. I asked about the head chef or if anything had changed. I actually had the luxury of meeting Nick, one of the head chefs, and thanked him. He was very humble and thanked me for stopping by. Thank you to the Chase team and for the wonderful service!

Negligent service. Host told us to see bartender for service… could have had a server service us up sell food/drinks but nope! Perfect location in this adorable town! I enjoyed my stay here, stayed two nights solo & had such a relaxing weekend! Didn’t get to book the spa unfortunately because I waited too late. But love that they have that option, if you plan ahead. Staff is friendly & helpful. There are two buildings, so to access pool, restaurant, spa, gym, arcade, beach area you may need to take one elevator over the other. They give you a map & there are well documented signs throughout. Loved watching the ducks use the lake toys to hang out on, momma with three ducklings! They were so cute!!!

Chase on the Lake was our top choice for our wedding venue and they did not disappoint! The staff was top notch and helped us in every way. The rooms were spacious, clean, and have a great view of the lake. The food was delicious and I still get compliments from guests on how much they enjoyed the meal. The bar selection was also highly rated with a great variety of drinks. I definitely recommend this venue for any couple looking to book their wedding!

Wonderful resort! Employees are all so friendly and helpful! Very clean, loved the historical decor. Convenient to leave boat at the dock, fun beach with kayaks for kids, restaurant excellent with quick service and yummy food....loved the creamy tomato wild rice soup. Fun vacation with our son and family, grandsons age 10 and 7. Highly recommend!
