I have been going to Chase Nails for 10 years. Never have I been disappointed. I've been a walk in and I have made appointments. Please give Chase Nails a try. You won't be disappointed either. I cannot for the life of me think why anyone could complain about the quality work that's done there. They are very professional. The joking around from is a pleasure nowadays. Very familiar with their work and accommodating to anyone who isn't pleased. (some only do negative reviews around town) If there's a problem it will be addressed before you walk out the door. But of course you must tell them before you leave.

Rude. The guy makes underhanded jokes. Also ran scolding hot water on my feet and didn't apologize. I've always just taken care of my feet myself, and I've never had a problem with them. They asked if I had iingrown toenails. I said I didn't think so and to do what they thought was best. They did me dirty and did everything you shouldn't do. I had a problem with my feet for months afterward. Apparently I do get ingrown toe nails, I had no idea until they did my feet wrong. Which was everything opposite of what you should do for them, like making them super short. They knew what they were doing. Back to doing them myself and no more problems.

Kim is very good at pedicures. She took care of a problem toenail that was hurting for weeks and it was better, immediately. I didn't know it was an ingrown nail but she knew what she was doing. 👍👍 Great service at a reasonable price.

I enjoyed my entire pedicure experience from the friendly greeting, to the careful & thorough nail preparation, followed by the hand & stone massage and color. My toes are styling! John is very skilled at his craft as well as being personable & fun! I would recommend him. The salon is clean, comfortable with great prices so check out this wonderful small business!

Excellent service. Best massage on my legs and feet ever. John takes his time, he is very meticulous, and really seems to know his stuff in the foot world. Very thorough, not rushed at all. This is my second time here. Honestly, very relaxing, quality pedicure… John also has a very fun and funny personality. We have lived in Arizona since January. I tried three other pedicure salons. If they do a good job, the first time I will go back a second time. If they do a bad job, the first time I will not go back. First pedicure at Chase nails was excellent, second pedicure just as good!

I absolutely love this place… I’ve been to several nail places since moving here, and every time without fail, nails lift or pop off within a week…. Since I found Chase nails I haven’t had any issues. I have had this set on for a MONTH (getting a fill Friday) and not one single mail is lifted …..!!! The shape is always spot on…!!’ Jon is amazing with pedicures, they don’t charge extra for ALL the extras hot stone massage comes with every pedicure….!!!

I live only 5 minutes away and never know what my day will be, so I don't like appointments. I used to try walking in but found calling works better. Usually they say "now" is okay and they are ready when I get there. Perfect for me. They are kind, welcoming, pleasant and skilled. I never feel like they are rushed or inconvenienced by my last minute call.

John, the owner, is a master pedicurist, especially for folks who have an ingrown toenail. He fixes me up every time, and it's such a wonderful relief. John is talented in his work and has a great, sometimes humorous, personality. Clean shop. Great, soothing music, and a wonderful stone massage on legs. Reasonable prices, too!

So the lady who did my nails today was rough my nails are thin... White tip coffin style I only gave a $5 tip just the kind of person I am.... I won't get em done here anymore while I wait for my mother when she gets her pedicure by John he is the best!!

This is a beautiful and clean salon. The people are friendly, especially John! They don't seem burned out like most nail salons' employees, bummed out when you walk in and interrupt whatever they are doing. My pedicure was wonderful, sea salt scrub, hot rock massage and warm lotion! I will be back!!!

I was so excited to get my nails and toes done by the people who run this place and I've got to say very disappointed Over charged me firstly!!! Mani pedi set 35$, she up saled me to gel, which she said 10$ so that 45$ then I got a face on papa toes only. The total was 61.80$ how did I got from 45$ to 61.80$ plus tip of 8$ so 69.80$ Gel manicure lasted one day, chipped and was lifted so it would snag my hair. It's already gone and it's only been a week. The black was transparent and looked terrible. My toes were decently done but very poorly with my pumpkin faces and she messed up, just left the errors. Color was also not coated enough and it's transparent as well. I won't be coming back. Sorry but not as good as everyone said
