Charming Nails

Went because I usually get quick pedicures after work from this establishment. There are usually two very pleasant gentlemen who are more than happy to provide services. However, on today (11/22) I walked in spoke to the woman and she acted as if she did not hear me. I brushed it off as she very coldly asked me “what I wanted” . I explained that I only wanted a color change on two of my nails. She then coldly stared at me….. she then told me to sit, all with an attitude …,. She said “what number.” I’m usually very easy going, but the fact that I’m paying you for a service and to be treated so nasty was literally beyond me. I was really hurt. I told the lady that it was okay and left. I will NEVER return and now I understand why they don't have any business.

I paid $60 for fill - in and gel toe polish. My nails are horrible. Please dont spend your money in this salon, you will regret it. My nails were done by an elderly gentleman. My nails arent fully polished and uneven. Charming Nails your service sucks. Please Dont Spend Your Money At This Salon. They need better training because it seems as if they dont knw how to do nails.

I came here to get a fill in and the guy that did my nails (an older man that I think was the owner) did a terrible job with my gel polish. I had to ask him several times to fill in the space right below my cuticle and he acted like he couldn’t see that my nail was showing underneath. He rushed and it looks sloppy and all my nails are slightly crooked, he didn’t allow my thumb nail to dry completely and after asking him to file my nails again multiple times I gave up. Will not be coming back here, waste of money

I use to go to this salon about 4 years ago. At that time it was the owner Tommy and his wife. Tommy does a wonderful job ( he worked at another salon before this one) wife always had an attitude but quality of work from the salon was always good. I went Friday Tommy was not there but I got my nails done anyway. It was a rushed job polish clumpy, nails very were poorly shaped. My nails looked better when I came in. When I bought this to the owner’s attention she did not try to fix my nails. I have attached a picture of my nails after 2 days this is gel polish she did not use a base coat polish was chipping the next day. Gel is supposed to last long it’s very rare that gel polish chips. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Please dont ever think about patronizing this business.

My friend went to get her nails done . They were bulky and she was told it was because her nails were short . But the technician put too much gel and didn’t wanna fix it or file it down. First and last time here

This was my first time visiting this nail salon to be serviced for a mani and pedi. When I first walked in I was not greeted and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before the lady looked up from her phone and asked “yes?”. She is rude most certainly not friendly and handled my hands like thrown around trash. My polish is chunky and she did a rush job. Once she finished my pedi she pointed at my sneakers and said “foot in shoe”. I politely asked for the flip flaps and she asked “you don’t want foot in shoe? Your toe dry.”…….Ma’am…….If I wanted my feet in my sneakers I wouldn’t have asked for the flaps. She, with an attitude, pulled the flaps from the drawer and roughly placed them on my feet. So I probably won’t be returning…first time and last time!

I've given this place 3 times just because it is close to my home. Each time I've been extremely disappointed. The work is horrible and does not last at all. This place needs to be shut down or the nail techs need to get relicensed or something. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody so keep your money. This place is horrible.

The manager wife is very nasty. I feel that if you are paying for a service you should be able to get what you want and if you don’t like a color you are free to change it but she is very very nasty. I have been in there twice having to change my polish on my toes because their gel polish bubbles causing polish to peel off. All the money you pay seems as if they can afford new polish.

The older man was very rude, rough , & messed up my nails...went back to get them redone & the lady did them & she still messed them up & she was just as worst as the man who did them first .
