I've never been so unhappy with customer service at the nail shop. Instead of trying to gain a loyal customer, they lost one. Literally told me to tip after doing my nails they way I did NOT want them. Although I tipped, I guess it was the amount t she felt she deserved and she had an attitude. Tips are not a requirement. Tips are earned. The audacity of the attitude after 😒 I wish I had the translating ear plugs so I knew what she was saying

Angel is amazing, kind and thorough. Mai is also very good. Excellent salon with reasonable pricing and they always take wonderful care of me.

They blobbed a ton of shellac on my nails and all the layers are just coming off little by little. I do NOT recommend going here , a simple polish should not be difficult.

I recently visited charging nails and spa and was highly disappointed with my experience. Their prices are quite high, and every little option seems to come with an additional fee. Even basic services are subjected to upcharges, making the overall cost exorbitant. The quality of their nail services is subpar. Not only do they fail to deliver well-done nails, but someone with me also experienced cuts on my fingers during the process, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the customer service is quite poor. The staff becomes visibly annoyed if you decline gel options or any other upcharges they try to push on you. This high-pressure sales tactic is uncomfortable and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend charming nails & spa to anyone. There are many other salons where you can receive better service and value for your money.

Don't give them your business! My sister got her nails done, and they gave her thick, lumpy nails.They told her to come back the next day at 12.When we went back, they told us to sit and wait.While waiting, someone walked in and asked to get their nails done without an appointment. They told her okay and took her in before us. They didn't see my sister until 12:50. They have the worst customer service and incompetent techs.

Had a great experience with Tweety, she’s real and it was refreshing talking to her while she did my pedi. Had a few broken nails after my manicure and went back to have them fixed. Multiple staff members assisted and everyone was very helpful and kind.

I've been coming here for ~3 years. Great service! They do things how I ask them to, but with their knowledge and expertise. 👏 I'm so grateful to find a salon where I'm treated with respect, and like the good customer that I am. 🙏

I agreed to do the #2 pedicure, which is $50. I selected nail polish. Then when it's time to pay, it's all of the sudden $60 because they used gel polish, I didn't select gel polish. They insert hidden fees.

Update: 2 years later… I still go here occasionally. I like several different places lol. Hannah does an amazing job on my nails and Angel does an amazing job on my eyebrows. They are always ok with me coming in after work without rushing through the process just to get me out before they close. No complaints here! 😁 Found my new wax place! 💖 First time ever getting my eyebrows waxed EXACTLY HOW I LIKE THEM, without me having to ask for something to be fixed. Not too thin and not left too thick 🥰 Will definitely return for my future waxes!

Angel did my toes and Kimberly did my nails. It was one of the best salon experiences I have ever had. Not only were they super fast and friendly, they did such a high quality job. I love them! I also got my eyebrows waxed and they came out great. I highly recommend this salon and I will be going here from now on. The price is very reasonable and you get a DELUXE pedicure. She did lotion, stones, wax, I mean the works. I highly recommend the deluxe pedicure. It was so relaxing. Thank you again to Angel and Kimberly. I loved coming to see you both. Update went back and got another great set from Kim and Angel gave me another great pedicure. Go with the deluxe. It's worth it. Added pictures this time.

I went in to get a pedicure and full set with my sister and we were waiting for 20 minutes as a Caucasian man walked in requesting a pedicure and she got him started right away before she even ran me and my sisters water for our pedicure. We left because we felt racially discriminated. Do not go to this salon. They do not respect your time at all whatsoever. I found it very disappointing.

Go somewhere else. They don’t honor appts. They take walkins first and appts have to wait. Very slow service and more expensive than other shops

Got my nails done from Henry, I had a stroke and unfortunately can't use my right side so everytime I come in he's always patient and caring with taking care of me. Both hands came out great.

I always have a good time when I visit here. The staff are kind & friendly.. Holly is the BEST! Very accommodating and polite. My pedi and manicures are always nice!

I got my nails done by Henry. He's the bomb he had been done so quick and he. I mean, they look fantastic if you want to hear your nails done quick and professional. Go to charming nails, they are the bomb.

I had z worst experience yesterday, very much miss treated, l never had any experience like tgus, l asked for supervisor told me she is out of us, l am still looking for supervisor. I don't recommend anyone because of the very rude customer service.

Loved the person who did my nails, the time spent on me and the design. However not happy with how long they last. The polish is already lifting, to the point my hair gets stuck as if they were grown out, it hasn’t even been a week.

Made an appointment when I got there holly asked if I could come back tomorrow and I'll get ten dollars off. No u said 2 o'clock. I set the appointment at 11:10. Henry did a rush job. Pulling and pushing my hands away all rough. I guess he was mad cause I declined to come back the next day for a funky 10 dollars off. I will never return. 55 dollars for ugly shaped nails. Don't waste time or money.

RIP OFF SERVICE......Trouble Ms Emily need Practice she sawed the sides of my nails the polish un even my tips uneven. So this time they charged 55.00 pedicure & manicure so a poor job...7- 19 - 23 I needed a nail change the lady & man sitting at the front desk says a polish would be 30.00 by the time I checked out they said 55.00 for polish change I was RIPPED OFF I PLAN TO GET MY MONEY FROM YENNY SO BE AWARE I HAVE MY RECEIPTS TO PROVE THE DIFFERENCE 😔
