Have been to Charming Nails three times and they get five stars for each visit. Nothing fancy done, just a fill and shellac but John is a perfectionist and they are perfect. Edit: posted the above several appointments ago and I’m still getting my nails done by John or Daisy. It’s nice that I have found someone that continues to keep me happy.

I got recommended by a Starbucks barista at Meijer about this place. I took my mom there for a late Mother's Day gift. We both had a fantastic time, and we love our nails. Will go back

Went to have my dip removed, sat for almost an hour, felt like I was brushed off, and also had my nails completely ruined. Went to another salon to have nails corrected.

I loved this place. My pedicure was so nice and relaxing. They did a long massage and were very pleasant. They also have the massage chairs. I found my new place to go now!

Service is good depending on who does it. Today I had scratches on my legs from my so called massage and my nails are different lengths, thick, and the polish is all over the tips of my fingers. I have definitely had better service in the past. Today was disappointing.

Tried this place because it’s close to my work. I always get a shellac manicure. I never have ever had shellac chip or peel. First time being here my “shellac” chipped in one day. They fixed for free. Gave then another chance 2 weeks later. Shellac peeled AGAIN 3 days later. Never going back
