This place is great, clean and friendly, yet professional. My hair stylist is Ivy, she is wonderful, she listened to what I wanted made appropriate suggestions, and pointed out how the results of the color would blend softly with my current mix of colored and GRAY hair!!! When I arrived, my hair was curly from the neck to the length of my hair a couple of inches above my waist and thick, on top front crown to my neck my hair was straight and Gray, I attempted to convey what results I wanted Ivy to accomplish. I told her I wanted golden brown lowlights added, but I wanted it to blend as much as possible with what I have and not be as noticeable when growing out between touchups, we agreed on the best blending etc. Niw for my haircut, I wanted to keep the length as much as possible while she cleaned up the ends to make them even, I also wanted face framing and many layers. Asshe cut is said shorter layers, and because my hair is curly, Ivy suggested I go home and style it how I want and if I wanted more cut to come back. Okay, great advice, Ivy. I returned to have more cut off, and working together, Ivy achieved the exact results I wanted... I have not been able to get this perfect color and cut EVER! You nailed it, Ivy! Soooo happy.

Elyse does a great job every time I go see her. My hair is very difficult to cut and get the color just right. She is the one to take care of you!!!

Terrible haircut. The lady that cut my hair did not do what I asked at all and I hate my hair cut. She stacked it in the back and made it long in the front when I specifically told her I want my hair to be one length all around, I just wanted a trim. I hate my hair now and I do not recommend this place. I honestly would have been better going to great clips because the haircut I got there in the past was better than what this lady did.

I called to schedule an appointment with Charlie’s salon. The phone ring twice and I was hung up on twice, called a third time, Lisa answered rudely. I asked if they had any availability for today, she said “well what do you need?”, I started to answer she cut me off saying “ well I don’t even know why I’m asking because we don’t even have availability today“. Then hung up on me. Customer service positions should have workers who implement quality customer service skills.

The owner of the salon cut my hair she did an amazing layered cut. I am very happy with my new haircut. She was very professional and alot of fun to talk too. I will definitely be seeing her again. Thank you so much to Charlie's Salon and Spa for a beautiful haircut, I get ALOT of compliments.

I have been impressed by the staff at this business time and time again. Today, the owner of the salon came down to my wig shop to preview a few pieces for one of her clients who is experiencing thinning hair. The owner is clearly invested in the satisfaction and well-being of her clientele. She wanted to make sure that the hair pieces would be the right color match and good coverage for her clients head. You ladies are the best and thank you for going the extra mile!

I’d give one star for the lady Erin did a good job with my wife’s hair. My wife and her sister scheduled a full color and cut. Once arriving the apparent owner or manager had to confirm what they booked multiple times. It was an expensive visit but the manager had to make sure the stylist call and confirm what was used so they can charge more. Customer service was horrible but the staff did the best they could working for the person.

This was my first visit. I saw Victoria. She did an amazing job. She asked questions and listened to my answers. It was more expensive than I thought it was going to be. In addition, I had $100 giftcard that they wouldn't honor from Aveda, so it stung a bit. That being said, Victoria is my girl and I will be back to see her.

Very unhappy with the cut and color. Looked ok at the salon with the toner they used, but once I washed it the color was streaky and the cut is so uneven and choppy. Can’t even put my hair up because it looks terrible. Paid a lot of money and I hope they make it right.

What an amazing experience!!! I've been afraid to go to a new salon for years (and I mean years). I explained my hesitation to the receptionist (Lisa) and she set me up with the perfect hairstylist.
