Zero stars. The stylist didn’t listen to what I wanted. Not happy with how it ended up. I spent too much money. To be this sad about my hair.

The front desk lady was very friendly. The lady who cut my hair didn’t appear to be in a good mood. She barely talked to me and didn’t seem interested. The haircut was ok. I saw cut bob haircut pictures on the review and was hoping I could get one of those (but didn’t). The bangs made my eye itchy and red for the rest of the day until I washed it and shortened it myself at home.

I've gone to Charisma off and on for many years and have always had good experiences. My daughter and I have gotten short and long haircuts and have never had a bad cut.

Heather has been so wonderful and patient with my ASD kids. Everyone has been very patient with their rambunctiousness as well. It is difficult to find people that can be understanding of their sensory issues and quirkiness. Thank you

Horrible perm! I went in for a perm, after my hair dried on the way home from the appointment it was completely straight! I called the shop and told them that in just 45 minutes after the appointment of the perm my hair went back to straight and something had to of been done wrong They did in fact bring me back in to redo it but the second try didn't do much better, I have just a little bit of a curl and it's nothing like the pictures I showed my stylist. And just to add, the second perm, I sat there for over and hour while she made me feel like it was my fault that the first perm don't take. I will not be going back!

I’ve been going to this place for about 2 years, and I’ve never had a problem with it until recently. I’ve always been satisfied with the way my hair turned out afterwards regarding the cut/color, but the last time I was there I left unsatisfied. I usually have Heather or Kristine doing my hair(and I’ve always liked their work), but neither was available for my last appointment 2 weeks ago. Therefore, I had Ariel doing my hair. I came in with my hair balayaged or an ombré and I loved the way it looked. So I told her all I wanted was a refresh on the ends and the front pieces. I also told her to not dye my roots, so as it grows out it would look natural and also be easier to manage (which is also what I had before). Anyways, she put color all on my roots-except the very top of them, which is not what I wanted her to do, and I even tried saying something when I noticed. It was not blended and looked stripey. I had no problem with the haircut though. (6/21)

Moving to a new city and finding a new salon is the pits, but this place really delivered! They made me an appointment that fit my schedule, called to remind me about it, and even called when an earlier time opened up to see if I wanted it. They allowed my husband to schedule a cut last-minute too. They offered us water & coffee while we waited, and the receptionist was so sweet. We loved our stylists - 30 years experience and it shows! Excellent efficiency, great conversation and consultation, reasonable prices...we felt right at home!

The people I spoke with over the phone were kind, helpful and professional!!! But the Woman who cut my Girlfriends hair seemed to be in, let’s say “not the best mood”? Which is fine, everyone has their on days and their off days! But we decided to look somewhere else for Balayage.

Walked in with my husband so he could get a simple fade. The looks and the attitude that we received from the staff was absolutely ridiculous. As if a man needing a haircut was an atrocity. If you say you cut women’s men’s and children’s hair then that’s what you should honor and you should also make them feel welcome. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

Great place to get hair done the way you like it! The stylists are seasoned and knowledgeable. They know what they're doing! Prices are a little higher than other salons, but so worth it!

I've gone here a few times now and I love having my hair done by Kim! She always makes sure I'm happy with my hair and everyone that works there is super friendly. I definitely plan on going back as long as I'm in Gainesville
