Very pleased with my first experience here. Provider was great - I usually bruise and I had none. Very meticulous and exacting with placement, and the result was better than I had expected. Was able to schedule easily and the facility is nice and conveniently located. Would definitely go back.

Audrey always does a fantastic job!! Book your next hydraglow facial with her!! Great atmosphere too. They offer products that suit everyone’s different skincare needs. Never left unhappy or disappointed.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Chapter with Sarah Gates! Having had cosmetic work done multiple times, I can confidently say Sarah is one of the best. She worked wonders on my lips, achieving the perfect balance of natural and enhanced. Sarah's professionalism and attention to detail are unparalleled. Atmosphere is nice but the nice stops there. The injector was pushy and when I said I didn’t want the max Botox amount she got snippy and demeanor became rude and unpleasant, I tried explaining I have never had that many units and she became very short with me and seemed annoyed to even be doing the service. After the service I was asked to tip which caught me off guard as I have never been asked to tip for Botox in the past. The final straw, I scheduled a follow up appointment since the Botox didn’t take which has never happened before and the injector called me the day before my appointment and cancelled it and when I asked when I could reschedule she basically made it impossible to come back in, every day I gave her for availability she said she was booked or busy until a month out. I don’t typically write bad reviews but i feel people should know and there are much better options in the area.

I had a visit with Sarah Gates NP for a consult followed by a facial laser therapy. Sarah was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. She explained various therapies. We picked the facial laser because it had no downtime and results were immediately noticeable. All of the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. I highly recommend Sarah at Chapter Aesthetic Studio.

When I walked in my first thought was “nice atmosphere”. Audrey welcomed me right away and was pleasant. She gave me a tour and explained other procedures offered. I do have another spa I’m loyal to but, I was referred to Chapter, by a co worker. As a referred client, I and coworker, get $100 off next visit. Plus, the first visit 50% off is amazing. Sarah was professional and wonderful explaining the results I should expect. On my follow up I get a free hair laser treatment too. I will return for another treatment to use the $100. With that said, Chapter treatments are pricey, and I will go back to my regular spa. I prefer giving business to a local owner than a multi state enterprise. Overall, I was happy with the service and would recommend the Cedar Rapids studio.

This review will be a little vulnerable for me. However, I think its important to give credit where credit it due! I recently had my 3rd baby, I am dealing with all sorts of changes in hormones etc. I went in and saw Jordan. I was super nervous to get a laser treatment on my bikini BECAUSE...since having my 3rd baby I have been getting really bad ingrown hairs. Like embarrassingly bad and I spend a lot of time in a swimsuit in the summer (well not this summer and this is partly why) I went it nervous and self conscious and told Jordan about all of the things I had been experiencing. She gave no judgement, in fact she told me of other experiences she herself had gone through or other people similar to me and how it helped them. She didn't bat an eye and at my ingrown hairs and in fact was more than willing to help me treat any concern areas to make me feel better! Her manager was also very helpful in answering all of my questions. It was my first time here at Chapter. Jordan gave me a tour of each room and explained each service and machine and what they offered and answered my 10000 million questions and listened to my 800 stories of being a mom. She smiled and honestly made me feel so good about myself. At the end her manager and Jordan sat there and showed me pictures and results from other people on services I was curious. They did not pressure me to purchase anything at all or make me feel like I needed to. They were genuinely interested in me being curious and wanting to help me feel good about myself. They even gave me a small skin care sample to try at home before deciding if I want to purchase. I think when spending any money and investing in things like this for yourself you truly want people who are interested in the same thing. Not just selling a service or a product. But how can they help you feel good about you and these ladies were honestly exceptional at that! I definitely recommend checking this place out!!! They have various packages at different prices for all people and accept different forms of payment even care credit! 10/10 recommend!

I was recommended to Chapter Aesthetics Studio for laser hair removal services and I definitely recommend them to others. They are genuine and knowledgable as well as accommodating. I have experienced sessions with 3 different professionals and I was satisfied with them all. I also had experiences at the Cedar Rapids and Coralville locations, both have a comforting environment with friendly staff. It's apparent they strive to support a quality atmosphere. Regarding my service, I saw results after the first session although not all will. Now after session 3, I can definitely see results and look forward to no shaving in the future!

Jenna did a great job of giving her expert opinion on getting my lips and Botox done. She broke down the entire service step by step as well as pricing. Getting these services done are not necessarily comfortable but Jenna did a great job making sure it was as painless and quick as possible. I have gotten multiple compliments and will be back.
