I cannot express how amazing Jennifer is! It’s truly magical how she changed my son’s appearance completely. He is so very happy with his new style and knowing how teenagers are nowadays this is a BIG thing.

I travel an hour just for this salon. The ladies that work here are sweet&knowledgeable. The whole atmosphere was like southern Georgia charm 😍 👌. I can relax and not worry about getting over charged for hair coloring that fades out. I spent $120 in Eastman Georgia at Wendy's Haven booked with Logan idk 🤷‍♀️ 😐 what 💯 happened, Cassie's hair style is on their page it just doesn't state that the color washed right out. She had prom in less than (1)one week. Changes had to help me fix their mess up and for way less. I will forever ❤️ go here for my hair salon needs. I'll never pay $120 for hair color that literally washed out.

I have been going to Changes for awhile now; LOVE this place! Prices are very reasonable and they are all wonderful people! My hair always looks great when I leave. I highly recommend Lisa to do your hair.

Lisa did an amazing job on my hair! I came out after a full hair color treatment with my hair feeling better than when I came in. She had free reign on my colors and they came out amazing! Photos just don't do it justice. Absolutely amazing salon.

Changes is an amazing hair salon!! They are kind, loving and friendly! I just sit down in Ms. Lisa’s chair and she makes my hair look fantastic! She knows exactly what to do and it turns out amazing every time! I have so many people who complement my hair!! I send everyone I know to Changes! I love this place and these people!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Changes is wonderful! I went in today to get my hair trimmed and she cut it perfectly. My hair was down to my waist and she kindly asked where I would like it cut to. She also went above and beyond and took the time to curl my hair. It made me feel beautiful. The building is so cute and everyone was very friendly! I would highly recommend them for all your hair needs!

Did a Map search for hair salons, Changes popped up and after reading the reviews, I made an appointment. Lisa did a fabulous job. Got a very layered shorter cut and her experience and skill were obvious before looking in the mirror. Will be back in 6-8 weeks for a trim! I Definitely recommend Changes!

I have been going to Changes for years and I have NEVER been disappointed not one time! Jennifer and Lisa are so nice, friendly and professional! I have spiral curly hair and sometimes thats been a problem with other hair salons in the past but not Changes! I feel so lucky to have found them when I moved to Macon years ago. Absolutely love this place! Awesome hair stylists, great atmosphere, professional and great prices!

Love, love this salon. Cozy setting, Lisa the owner is great, so sweet, and so knowledgeable, she knows her business! Always does my hair beautifully, even if I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. All the staff are friendly, and her prices are very reasonable. Can't recommend them highly enough.

My daughter and I have been looking for a salon since we moved 18 months ago. We have found it. The hair cuts and highlights transformed our looks. From the moment we arrived to leaving, we felt welcome, as if we had been friends forever. The prices are very reasonable. Need a new salon, give Changes a try.

Sooo... if you've heard the phase" if I could rate no stars I would!".. I found this salon for my boyfriend, who's white by the way, to get his hair cut.. and they have always done a good job and were pleasant enough when I came in with him.. Soo.. I asked the woman Lisa could she color my hair.. being that I'm black and her clientele is primarily white.. she simply replied "HAIR is HAIR honey.. sure I can do it..!".. so I booked the appt with since she seemed confident in her experience in hair styling.. I trusted her( the picturewith my hair still black is how i arrived.. the picture with my glasses is the color i wanted.. the hot orange monstrosity is what i got)when I arrived at the apppt.. she began to work on my hair.. but soon one of her other employees took over.. I'm thinking she trusted this woman with my hair and would do it as good as she would.. The young woman began working on my hair.. she started asking me questions about my Man.. " oohh so how do you and such n such know one another??".. I paused thinking hmmmm why is she asking this??.. so I answered her.. and followed up with "and we've been together for 5 years.." this is all going on while she is.. what I can only assume now is intentionally missing my edges.. when they finished.. my hair was brighter than this.. they then scrambled to put another color.. Red on my hair.. let it set for 5 mins.. this is the end result of my visit..... when I asked why my edges still look this way.. she's slammed the comb down.. and shouted.. " WE'RE DONE HERE!".. I PAUSED.. "OH YOU DONT EVEN HAVE TO PAY ME...!"... I politely picked up my purse and walked out.. NOTE TO LISA.. "HAIR AIN'T JUST HAIR!"... IF YOU KNEW YOU COULDN'T DO IT.. WHY TOUCH IT IN THE FIRST PLACE..? OR DID YOU MESS MY HAIR UP ON PURPOSE TO TEACH ME A LESSON..????

This salon is so cute and welcoming! I needed a last minute style, and Fergie kindly worked me in. She was absolutely incredible! She made me feel like family as soon as I walked in the door, styled my hair even better than I envisioned, and used her many years of expertise to educate me on great products to use for my hair type! I will definitely be scheduling an appointment with Changes and Fergie again in the near future!

I have been going to this place for years.. I love them there like my family they make u feel like family like ur at home. There sweet they do what you ask and if it's not what u like or ask they will do it again to make sure there customers are leaving happy. I love miss Lisa she is the best the prices are way affordable then any other place ... In Georgia. To the point I got my mother in law going to her all the time now. She's amazing that business is a amazing and more places need to be like that. God bless this business 🙏

Their service is always great and for a man’s haircut, prices are actually reasonable compared to other places. I can’t say enough good about this place and the people. I feel like I’m visiting with family or close friends every time I go.
