Unacceptable Service – Intentional Damage to My Hair I had one of the worst experiences imaginable here, and I’m compelled to warn others. The hair worker, Betty—remember her name so you can avoid her at all costs—intentionally damaged my hair. As someone with no formal cosmetology training, even I know that bleaching and straightening foiled hair is completely unacceptable and dangerous. No professional in their right mind would do this, and for good reason: it’s outright harmful. Her actions were not just careless—they were deliberate. The damage she caused left my hair brittle and ruined, and I’m now forced to spend nearly $1,000 on treatments to try to restore it. This wasn’t an honest mistake; this was neglect, pure and simple. For anyone considering this salon, I strongly urge you to think twice and avoid Betty entirely. If anyone should lose their job over blatant misconduct and a lack of care for their clients, it’s her. Trust me, the risk is not worth it.

Poor policies, not understandable or considerate of situations. First time I had to cancel an appointment with her due to running late (out of my control) She could not see me later due to her schedule I had to cancel. yet I was still forced to pay her for my appointment that I couldn't attend.

Betty hands are worth Gold absolutely the best and I know because Bleach is NOT every stylist strongest asset! I DON’T trust anyone else but her.
