Absolutely the best hair service out there ! First of all super friendly, inviting and comfortable atmosphere , love going in there and talking to all the girls who remember you and make you feel so welcome . Second my girl Sabrina is a color master , she can always figure out what I want without me knowing how to explain it , she makes you feel absolutely fabulous and I leave with my hair feeling so healthy . She cares about making you feel like the best version of yourself ! She does what’s good for your hair while making sure you shine at the same time ! My hair was beginning to show signs of damage from over bleaching and using heat she took my anxiety away from going away from blonde and sporting a shorter cut and made me fall absolutely in love with my transformation. They guide you into figuring out what your hair needs and the best products to fit your hair type ! Added my before and afters as testament, don’t hesitate to book , you won’t regret it !

I said I wasn’t going to do this, but I think it’s a must. I’ve been a client here before and my stylist was well familiar with my hair. On my recent visit, we done all over highlights. The stylist who done my hair completely melted my hair off. I came in with healthy hair with length to my mid back. My hair is now shoulder length. A lot of pieces of my hair doesn’t even reach shoulder length because it was melted off. My hair is so damaged beyond repair, that I would need a pixie cut to even my hair out. Two weeks later after my appointment and my hair is still falling out. Before I left my appointment, I questioned my stylist on the condition of my hair. She and other stylist assured me that it just needed to be styled in my own way since my hair is curly. I paid 200 dollars for this service. When I left, I went to 2 other salons for a second opinion. One salon cut some damage off of my hair for FREE and the other salon strongly advised me to demand my money back and sue. It will take years to grow out my hair to the length it was and reverse the damage caused. I spoke with the stylist a week later and her solution to the problem was a hair kit (shampoo, conditioner, and a repair product) found at your local Sally’s for 60 bucks. Again, my hair still falling out!! I understand mistakes happen, but 60 dollars of hair kit doesn’t make up for the amount of damage caused, nor does it substitute for the 200 dollars I spent! Please use caution when choosing this salon.

Bueno les puedo decir que quería el pelo un poco más corto porque producto de las decoloración lo tengo dañado , el trato 5 estrellas , el ambiente que se respira en el salón, 5 estrellas, son simpáticas, educadas , y salí complacida realmente hacen magia de cenicienta , pues a los dos días que me lavé la cabeza en casa , me di cuenta que todavía quedaba pelo maltratado y que el pelado estaba desalineado, quería realmente quedar complacida porque salí muy bella , pero después cuando rectifique el pelado en casa no lo tenía parejo..

I'm new to Louisville and needed cut and color. Called many salons and left messages - finale ONE called back and when I called back as directed - no call back! Finally decided to check out what's around me and found Cest Joli right across the street! I called them and a real person answered and gave me an appointment that afternoon!! Very happy - love my hair and prices reasonable and very friendly!!

This is a great salon . All of the stylists treat you like you are their client . Wanda is always on time and accommodating if I have a special request . They are up to date with the best products to use for your particular hair type . I love this place !

Crystal is the best! She has been doing my hair a few years and she is wonderful. Everyone there seems happy to be there. All very friendly.
