Great location but proprietor very aggravating

Went in to get a cut and color Tammy Originally cut it I liked it Daniel colored it. He was very passive aggressive with comments like “being a mom you should be calming down and not doing colors” comments about how husband must not be ready to be a dad just because were babies in his eyes (in our twenties) etc. I kept saying and showing what section I wanted colored but he kept on making it smaller no matter what I’d say. The color itself is uneven/ splotchy. It was suppose to be a solid color but there’s multiple variations of the color in it. He also redid the cut Tammy did and it does not fit my hair type he also styled it In a way I never would’ve styled my own hair so yes it looked good ant the salon but how I naturally wear my hair (how I expected them to have styled) it does not look good. All together it looks like I just chopped part of my hair off with no experience and did a color at home. For cut and color it was $80 something thought it’d be more so not bad but u get what u pay for. Also I’ve noticed if I scratch my head where he died it my fingers turn blue… very low quality dye.

My God ms Audrey in the first chair behind the register!!!!! So it brought me back to when going to the beautician was fun! The older environment means a seasoned more professional! I got a cut and flat iron that literally last 2 weeks! I’m back today for a roller set! I have found my forever stylist! Growth and Health is my desire and she is on it!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Excellent Sevice from the moment you walk in. Tammy the stylist cut my hair and Daniel did the color. All I can say is WOW! The cut and color is absolutely fabulous- one of the best cut and color I’ve had in such a long time!! It is beautiful! *Vocally anti-LGBTQ+ & Visibly upset by our presence* I got my haircut here in April and the girl did a great job, super friendly, and overall a good experience. So I brought my wife and 4 kids in today to get theirs cut for school and both of ours, plus my wife wanted some color. Daniel made quite a few passive aggressive comments regarding "I just don't believe in all this" and " I don't believe in that" when he changed our transchild's cut from a girl's cut, shampoo, and style to a boys cut in the system, then very loudly told me "I dont believe in this. I have 4 bibles out in my truck" when I went to show him a picture of our 7 yr olds hair prior to whatever mullet he gave her today. My wife and the other customer heard him and looked at him confused because he just blurted it out at me. He also, in front of our 7 yr old asked "where's mom? Who is mom? " and when my wife said "we both are" he shook his head and muttered "yeah I figured". Then my wife went to write a review and he was tagged on the page. The first post he has is public and was posted within an hour of us leaving, it was an anti-LGBTQ post regarding rainbows. I was wearing a rainbow shirt. We ended up canceling our appointments, paying, and getting our kids out of the re quickly as he was gradually becoming louder about his personal beliefs and we don't want our kids exposed to that level of hatred. Let alone the 2 other children also in the shop. The ladies who did our 13 & 10 yr Olds hair were wonderful and friendly!! Hate to see that but we will not be returning and subjecting our family to nonsense that was completely unprovoked or justified.

Every time i have been here they always botch and ruin my hair. This time coming i came in wanting a trim (1-2 inches off) i sat down with a hair dresser named daniel and he proceeded to wash my already wet hair and part my hair SIDEWAYS. I have curly hair and do NOT get it cut straight. He proceeded to cut the “1-inch”. This stylist cut 4 INCHES OFF MY HAIR. He also did not make it straight since it was not in a middle part. I hope y’all watch out when y’all go there.

The blond old lady has probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. Being military and traveling we have ran into a lot.of people. None like this one. She argued with me about my son's hair saying she didn't cut like Daniel who usually does his hair cut. I was letting her know where his cowlicks are. She argued the entire time. I went to pay and leave and she was so rude to me. Like to a point where this was going to escalate. She should not have a job in customer service. I will be calling the manager and discussing this. As my children were with me and she was beyond ridiculous.
