HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I recently visited Central Hair & Nails and was very disappointed with the service I received. Upon walking in, I requested a mani-pedi, only to be rudely told to "go sit down" by the guy at the desk. After waiting for over an hour with my earbuds in, he yelled “YO” at me to get my attention and directed me to the pedicure station. The lady who did my toes was kind, but she kept trying to upsell me to a more expensive pedicure package. Despite opting for a regular pedicure, the nail polish application was bumpy and uneven. When it came time for my manicure, they insisted I get the A&C treatment, which cost more and made the French tips I wanted difficult to achieve. The technician cut me twice and repeatedly complained about the small size of my nails, making me feel uncomfortable. She accidentally over-filed one nail and had to redo it, which only made it look worse. The end result was extremely disappointing: my nails were uneven, and my fingers were left covered in nail residue, dried out, and even bleeding in places. To top it off, I was charged $100 for this subpar experience. I left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. I won't be returning to Central Hair & Nails and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for quality nail service.

Horrible service again for my 3rd visit The fact that I had a whole entire pedicure with extra options and the whole process lasted 25 minutes. It was completely rushed, I paid extra for gel and she didn’t even let me feet set in the UV light my gel is coming off literally the day after.

I got my nails and toes done here and not only we're they rude, but they did not listen to me what i asked for. Very poor customer service. I ended up with several bleeding cuts on her fingers and toes. Terrible service and no hair cut.

This place could use a redesign but the quality of work did not disappoint! I got a pedicure and ANC full set and I'm satisfied with both for the price. The ladies were super pleasant and didn't rush. I'll be back!

Very rushed, it wasn't a relaxing experience as i hoped. I've had many pedicures and they take their time. Nail clippers had rust on them, some areas were dirty. Then gave attitude when I gave a smaller tip, because I didn't feel service was worth it. Would not recommend.

Disgusting, really dirty, used restroom, toilet was clean, sink and walls, door and trash really dirty, no soap atap , carpet gross, extension cords all over floor, easy to trip and gloom, not friendly at all, never said thank you for nice tip l gave her, the table where where you dyr the polish, dirty and smelly, I did not put my hands hands down thought the health depth. 8s suppose to check these places,

I went into the shop to ask for the price of a French acrylic full set. I was met with a nasty attitude. If that’s the experience that you’re going to give your customer the second that they walk into the shop don’t expect a lot of business.

The first time I went there I was very pleased. Upon returning, I was very disappointed. My nails started chipping after 2 days and my thumb nail is painted very poorly. I'm debating if I'll go back.

I did several times of nail painting there, good quality and each time last about one and a half month. They are friendly and I really like my new nail paintings. I will recommend to each of my friend who wanna find a perfect place to do the nail painting. Ready for next time!

The worst service. I went there and asked for colors, lady named Jess was in rush, she didn’t even let me look at Color’s and start doing my nails. It was my first time but she was very rude as I was asking questions. She didn’t let me tell her what I want in my words, no one understands English properly and messed up my nails. I explained her to get nails made by dipping in powder but she put long pointed nails without asking me and then charged me for those tips too. The prices on the price list is just to show but they ring you for more amount. Just be aware of the things they are doing. They spoiled my day.

They are pushy which is always a bad sign. I just needed a 3 nails fixed, still took an hour. Yet it was a sloppy job. The woman laid the tip so badly, there's space under between my nail and the tip. She made a mess of glue on my hand, you can see the bump on my nail and she cut my finger with the filer. They really can't do ANC. I got tried once before and it was bad but this was an emergency. They kept pushing a gel manicure... but I won't be back.

They have good days and bad days sometimes the lady that does my eyelashes does a good job and sometimes she could be a little off the prices have went up from 7 to 10 dollars but the waiting time can be a little long depending on what time you go but other than that it's okay

They rushed right through it. Wanted a design and because of my service and the way the regular pedicure looked I just said screw it. First time here and I won't be coming back. Poor customer service and service in general... I'd give it a zero rating if I could!

Yuna did a very nice job on my nails, very patient and detail, I brought a picture of the design, and she really took her time and met my expectation. You should make an appointment with Yuna because she is always booked!
