I payed 300 for nothing got my hair done with WENDY didn't even get what i wanted as far is color or tone i went back to get roots fixed since they didn't look properly blended and left basically the same not just that she shampooed my hair didn't put conditioner or blow dry my hair left the salon with my hair soaked and just bad, don't like the color just a bad experience to pricey and didn't even get what asked for don't recommend the place😒 i regret spending that much for something i don't like

0/5 stars. I posted a text from Beaute Lab cancelling an upcoming appointment I had. I'm not even mad about cancelling my appointment. It is the rest of the message to their stylists that has me livid. Totally unacceptable not to mention illegal to sneak customers in the back door while we are back under quarantine. I especially love the bit about continuing to pay their employees under the table so they can claim unemployment. Totally shameful, illegal and negligent. I reached out about this message and my disappointment and they responded that they aren't taking new clients?! What she failed to understand is this is not about new clients posing more of a COVID risk but the SHADY business practices. Will be calling the health department as well.

Giving one star since there's no zero or negative option. Horrible salon. My sister was referred here. She has curly hair and she was assured by Caitlyn that she had worked on similar hair prior to starting. Her hair was COMPLETELY burned. Her beautiful brown long hair is now dry and the highlights look awful. The least they could do was apologize but they are too proud to do so, even the owner, Kelly, was awful.

Okay so first and foremost Beaut’e Lab basically brings Hollywood to Santa Clarita if you haven’t been here then you’re simply missing out on grade A service, great woman and a loving, supporting, fun environment. I highly recommend, also its right next to a juice/fruit candy place that’s also bomb. My first experience was with Caitlyn , mind you I never do anything drastic with my hair and that day was the day to change all of that I was chopping my long hair and adding blonde this beautiful woman, made me feel at ease she walked me through the whole process double checked with me on everything we had great communication. She’s bubbly pretty and does and amazing job my hair came out perfect I couldn’t have asked for it to look any other way I’m not going to anyone else anymore. Just like she did with everyone else from what I seen on her IG Caitlyn really did her thing and if your seeing this thank you so much again ❤️ . Everyone loved it, makes me feel like a whole new person definitely brought me back some confidence can’t thank her enough . I guess it’s only letting me write one review so I’ll share my second experience on this which was with Julissa this girl gave me a bronzed tan yes ladies they do spray tans here and many other services which I have to try out because if these 2 are amazing at what they do I can only imagine what the others can do to beautify you. But Julissa is the one that will get you right for the summer or any special occasion. She made me feel so comfortable in my skin, & she had an eye for every part of me as if she was giving herself a tan making sure nothing was missed or anything which I loved, it really showed what a perfectionist she was and how important it was to her to make sure it was the best tan you have.. thank you so much guys I’m so happy I found this place, it’s making my living her so much better knowing I have a place and woman that I can trust to have me look my best ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The girls at Beauté Lab are amazing. Everyone is super friendly and the salon is very clean and modern. I’ve been going to Sydney for my blonde for a couple months now and I’m so happy every time I leave. I have really dark hair so I appreciate her taking time to achieve my blonde while keeping my hair healthy. I can’t wait for my next session!

The beaute lab salon in canyon country: Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I made an appointment with The stylist last week. Today, was my appointment. Last night after dinner I noticed my daughter spiking a fever, so around that evening knowing I have a hair appointment the next day, I called to leave them a message out of courtesy to let them know II’ll miss my appointment today. Their VM was full and wouldn’t take messages!!! My appointment was at 10am, so I called again two other time. (6am, 8am)And no one picked up and of course I couldn’t leave a message. Then finally the receptionist calls me stating that she has to charge me 30% for no show, I explained to her I had called a few times and the VM is full. She goes oh ya I see your missed calls, but you still didn’t call before 24 hours! I explained to her my kids are sick and I have been calling her since yesterday, and she said there’s nothing she can do about it. And if I want to speak to her manger, I’ll have to wait one week because she’s out of the country, she said that while giggling!! And if I do try to make another appointment they will have to charge me extra 30%!! She kept giggling and repeating herself after I kept explaining how sick my kids were! So incredibly rude!!!

After coming across several of their ads on Instagram, I decided to get my lashes done at this salon today. My first impression was, wow... this place is updated and clean. Erica and her sister greeted me with smiles at the front desk, and offered me some water while I waited for Mars to arrive. I didn’t have anyone to watch my 3 month old infant, so she had to tag along with me. She started to get really fussy and I told Mars that she (baby) usually stops crying when she hears the song Sunflower by Post Malone. Mars gladly put the song on repeat for my baby. Erica came into the room to check on us and offered some assistance, and was able to feed and put my daughter to sleep while Mars finished applying the lashes. My lashes are absolutely beautiful, but what really impresses me is this team’s customer service. I’m definitely going to this salon from now on, exclusively. Thank you, ladies! You guys are dolls!

I absolutely love Erica!!! 💋 I feel like she cares for my hair just like it’s her own.... Every single time I come in I receive a warm, polite welcoming greeting, they are always sure to make sure I’m comfortable and provide me with a drink or snack if I have to wait(which is rare). Everything I have came to Beauté Lab I have been seated right away. The location is very convenient and there is great parking, and the inside is always clean and maintained. Not only that but they offer so many other services, I can’t wait to get my lashes and makeup done next. My experience : I have got my hair done here several times and I have to say they have saved my hair. Everything from the hair cut to the color is everything I could of ever asked for I have had terrible hair experiences at other places and my hair was dry, damaged and I just was very insecure about it... I feel so confident now and am so proud to say that my hair is amazing all thanks to Erica!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😁💁🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️

I came in last Saturday for baby lights with Niki. Prior to my appointment I had a consultation where I told her what look I was going for. I showered her pictures and examples of what I wanted. The day of the appointment we went over the pictures again. I let her know I had an important event the following week. She said we will do a full head of baby lights and a bleach bath to lighten up the dark toner in my hair. I told her I wanted a maintainable blonde so I wouldn’t have to constantly tone it. Niki does the last step which is the toner but before she dried it I could already tell it looked more of a yellow brownish color than what I showed her I wanted. She starts to blow dry my hair and I told her I wasn’t sure I liked the color. She said let me just dry the front so you can see what it looks like. She drys the front of my hair and I told her maybe we should do a different toner. She said let me ask Erica. Erica comes up and says this is a great color. So I guess my opinion didn’t matter what so ever. She drys all of my hair and she asked me if I wanted her to curl it. I said sure. She curls my hair and I was so upset because I knew I should of had her do a different toner before drying all my hair. I paid at the front with Kelly. I showered her my 10% percent off coupon. She discount $2 dollars from the total price. I texted Niki the day after and told her I wanted to do a different toner because this one looked yellow. She said she would have Kelly call me to schedule. I called to schedule and they put my down for a Tuesday with a different stylist. Then they call me back and say they have to schedule me on Wednesday with Niki because if not they would have to pay the other stylist. On Wednesday Niki uses an ashy toner in my hair. Another fail because my hair looked green. All Niki said was “it will wash out.” She dries one part of my hair and I left there disappointed yet again. Since she left my hair wet, I dried my hair when I got home. But since it looked so green I had to wash it 5 times back to back to try and get the toner out. I called the next day mad because I had an important event to attend on Saturday and my hair was green and ashy. Kelly the receptionist answered and she was so rude. She has no reason to be rude when she is not the one walking around with green hair. As an office manager, I know that when something is wrong we always make an effort to correct it. Even when we take a loss. Because I’d rather keep a client happy. Because one happy client can lead to future referrals.

This review is way over due , Erica is truly such a talented Artist. I hired her a couple years ago to do my makeup and Hair for a wedding. Last year I celebrated my 10 year wedding anniversary she glammed up my self and bridal party, she's super professional friendly and knowledgeable. I just booked again last Saturday to glam me and my mother and aunts for a cousins wedding. The Beaute Lab is such a beautiful shop, great location lots of parking. I definitely recommend Erica for any occasion, you can come to her amazing shop or she will travel to you how convenient is that! Thank you Erica !!

This salon has the best people working that know what they are doing. They have great customer service and really care about client satisfaction. I have been going to Erica for years with all my beauty related needs and she never disappoints. I have referred this salon to a lot of friends and family and they are always satisfied.
