Purchased a Groupon with scheduling that was immediately cancelled and no real alternative to reschedule. I was simply told my appointment was cancelled due to unavailability and to request a refund. I responded that I would wait for their first available appointment and never received a response. No on picks up the phone so the only option is email. Never spoke to anyone just one email. Thankfully I received my refund from Groupon but will never visit or recommend this place. Very unprofessional should’ve known better with 3.9 stars on Groupon. - update: look at the business response they just validated my one star review - what a crock. I contacted your business not Groupon to reschedule and your ONLY response was to get a refund with no other alternative. So yeah you deserve a bad review.

Shelley was so pleasant and created a wonderful atmosphere for my partner and I. I personally had a great time and she made sure to sanitize while switching between us and any other transitions.

I brought my girlfriend for a couples facial. We were not told in advance that you were short-staffed and could not perform a proper couples treatment. We were then promised “upgrades” and convinced to stay. The series of awkward “treatments” that happened after that was unprofessional (to put it mildly). I am sure the practitioner was not licensed as a massage therapist or esthetician. While these treatments were happening, the other was sitting and forced to listen to a talk show or whatever was playing from her iPhone.

I was looking for a way for my husband and I to bring in 2023, and I found on Groupon a couples treatment. My military man says he enjoyed his facial and the massage chair hit all his pain spots and of course he fell asleep, he was so relaxed. I have been to a few places in Riverview, and this will be my go to from here on out. My esthetician was amazing, she was attentive to both my husband and my treatment needs. I loved she asked me to send her our playlist selection, and appreciated the refreshments during our treatments session. Thank you again for all your skin regimen advice and look forward to me coming in for more treatments. Great service, great products, great ambiance!
