Absolutely amazing spa pedicure experience! Hot towels, hot stones, exfoliation, lotion massage. It was so clean and the people working there were sooooo nice and friendly and very professional! I can't wait to go back again and again and again! Thank you so much CK Nails for my amazing birthday pedicure!

Went in for Spa pedicure. The lady was on her phone texting half the time. Polish was messy and she cleaned the dead skin off in the water my feet where soaking in...Very dissatisfied..Would never go back

Called for appointment. They said 11:45 am is good. I showed up 11:45 they sat me in a chair while they did pedicures. I sat there 15 minutes no communication then left. I hate this so much.

The staff was nice when I called for two full acrylic sets for my sisters, they told me they could take them at 6. We arrived on time and neither of them were taken until after 6:30. They showed their reference pictures and neither set was done with acrylic, they were done with dip which isn’t the same. One set came out sort of like the picture but there are obvious mistakes that wouldn’t have been that bad except they charged $85 for them. The other set looks nothing like the reference picture at all and are very chunky, shorter and completely wrong colors. They charged $90 for that set. When I asked for a list of prices to know why they were so much they said they didn’t have one and “it’s different every time”. It shouldn’t be different every time. Feels like they up charged us because we are younger and they didn’t think we would complain. The nails are not worth a combined total of $175. Waste of money as we are going somewhere else to get them redone. They were excited to get their nails done for vacation and now they are just upset that they used their money towards this. Hoping they will refund us at least some of the money. Update: They said it was their fault they left the salon if they didn’t like it (they were actively closing when they finished and my sisters just wanted to leave after being there for two and a half hours) and they would not refund any of the money and one of the staff was not very nice when we pointed out the problems.

I have been here for a few times and one of the worked (Honk) is super rude, unprofessional, no customer service skills whatsoever, so I decide to give a chance to the other worker(Tea) she does a good job but by my surprise after my last service with the card they give to everyone the first time you go there “FREE SERVICE” and then when it was my time to leave she says oh you only need to pay $32.00 (suppose to be free) what a rip off, I just paid because obviously she needs the money more than anyone. Worst customer service ever Dirty all around. flies everywhere Please DO NO GO HERE, you will wasting your time and money. For Hong and Tea, Remember when you steal from someone, sooner or later someone will steal from you!

Inadequate waxing service. This salon accommodated my schedule, although there is a huge language barrier when calling on the phone. I stopped by for an eyebrow wax, but was surprised to find there is no dedicated waxing station. I was required to sit in a chair at the reception desk! I had to crane my neck way back, which was uncomfortable. Even worse, the technician went to the heated wax dispenser across the room and just piled a load of wax on a stick or something. Unfortunately, she hurried to complete the wax service, and was careless. When I got home, I found that she had dripped wax on my down coat and fleece shirt. I think she probably knew this happened, but never said anything about it to me. I cannot get all of the wax out of the fleece, and there is now a spoiled spot on my collar. I will not go back there.

My wife went in with Beautiful nails only to get a broken one fixed, she left with nails that looked like oatmeal, out of shape and polished puddled up at the end, the nail that was supposed to fix, she put 2 tips on, never shaped or filled it, as the gel was drying she is running back and forth to their dry cleaner business next door, how you can let a customer leave with such a mess is unprofessional and a disgrace, i do not recommend this place for anyone in town or travelers, unless you like wasting your money!

Worst nail salon I've ever been to. Told them I had a wedding to attend and asked for gel pedicure and a full set of dip on my nails. This took 2 and a half hours. There were flies everywhere inside. Not to mention this costed me 110$, which would have been okay had they done a good job. My French manicure dip has air bubbles and I can see My actual nail through because they did not do enough dip. They hurt and are ripping off 3 days later. Terrible and will never go back.

I went in to get my nails done today the lady is very rude didn’t want to give me my money back until her nails were off of me they weren’t done right she couldn’t even paint them she painted half the nail never will go there again very unprofessional telling me she’s had the same customers for 10 years trying to compare me to them worst then wouldn’t give me my cash and made me wait for it to go to my card I wanted regular color then she gave me gel then tried to charge me extra for themcustomer service I’ve ever had

The staff is very nice and I’ve been going here awhile but after today I will not be returning. At first I thought I liked my nails but after looking at them more they are messed up in many ways. The woman who did my nails is very nice but she rushed through my full set manicure. My nails are uneven, bumpy, and my cuticles look terrible. I got a nude pink color with one nail on each hand sparkly and was charged $50. I am really disappointed.

This place will never see my money again. Very poor quality, my nails seem made with playdoo, many holes in the nails and to top it off they only gave him two coats of paint and the color is not noticeable. never again. Unprofessional
