They left my daughter crying and bleeding after almost ripping out her piercing with the comb. The owner refused to even apologize, just said his staff were trained. Never did get the haircut done, we walked out.

I absolutely love the way Hannah cuts my hair! She always gives me the perfect angle I want, and it looks amazing every time I go! I even bring my son in to get his hair cut by her, as sometimes a barber will take too much off when we want to grow it longer. She is so sweet and fun to chat with while she’s making me look and feel fabulous. And cuts at CC are super affordable too! Definitely go see Hannah for your next cut or color! You won’t be disappointed!

I would give this place zero stars, but that’s not an option… I went into the salon, asking the stylist if she can do My hair like the picture I showed her she told me yes afterwards I had informed her that I already had box dye on my hair from over a year ago and then she continues to tell me she was able to get my hair like the picture I showed her I asked for a full head of highlights, and I came out the salon with my hair almost looking the same as when I came in. Overall, the hair trim I got was choppy and She did not give me the highlights I want they are Chunky… The price was $210.. the manager insisted i pay full price for an incomplete service while I showed my dissatisfaction for my hair he still insisted I pay full price for my hair after I got a choppy hair cut, chunky highlights with uneven color, and with my hair only blown out and not straightened. Even though during our conversation he had mentioned that if I already had a box on my hair, the hair style I wanted to achieve was not possible. He still insisted for me to pay $210 after he admitted my hair should not have been worked on definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and the middle aged manager with glasses and gray hair(male) did not keep his composure at all he definitely made the whole issue worse he did not act like a managerial figure. DO NOT GO HERE

Very unhappy I asked for my sons hair to be cut like this because his hair was so long and his curls were just everywhere so I said cut sides and leave hair on top with his curls and the barber Jesus chopped all my sons hair off we can’t even define his curls or nothing because all his hair has all been chopped off he took the clipped cut right down the middle and I just gasped and said that’s way to low he continued to cut very very disappointing will never return

I had the most disappointing experience here last night. The lady I got did not listen to how I wanted my hair colored, cut, or dried. I picked three colors, I wanted my hair brown with red and blond highlights. I wanted it cut straight across, no angles. I specifically told her I was trying to grow out the angles and she cut angles anyway. Then for the drying, I asked her to curl the ends under. I asked again after she started drying because I could see she wasn't doing that, well she still didn't listen. Then to top things off, she tried to give me a customer card to fill out. I said no thank you. She then handed me my ticket..... $300. With much hesitation, I gave her a 15% tip and went to the register to pay and express my dissatisfaction. The ladies at the register immediately got annoyed with me. So I paid my bill and left... I left with pink and blond hair, angles I did not want, and straight hair without the curl under at the ends. Thank you Julia for giving me the worst salon experience and sending me off looking like Strawberry Shortcake!

I've gotten a few good haircuts here over the years, others not so great (seeming lack of experience w/ men's fades). I also like that the Galleria bus stop is now situated near here; reduces crowds at the food court. Naturally, I also like the exterior artwork.

The worst ! Went to get my daughter a wash and blow out this dumb place charged her 85 dollars because I left her there to take my son to a party across the hall. Had I known this is what 85 dollars would get me I would have done it myself . Never again . I am stupid for trusting the fake smilers with my child’s hair .

Disappointed, went in, showed a picture of a shag cut style that I wanted (should of been jaw length maybe even a little shorter would of been ok) but ended up having my hair cut so short it's like a pixie cut. If they can't do the style people request/show then say so, don't say you will do it and then chop off almost all my hair.

Had my haircut again today by Lulli . She never disappoints! I love short hair and love to change the styles. I’ve brought in pictures of what I’d like and she could duplicate it. Sometimes I just trust her judgement and love what she’s done. Prior to finding her, it was hard to find someone who didn’t give me a man’s haircut. So, I highly recommend her, she’s great!!!!!

I would give it no stars if I could. We had Rob as our barber. It was our first time having him. We usually see someone else but they were off I guess. I took my five year old son to get a hair cut on Monday I asked for a dark ceaser for him, he basically just cut all his hair off. More like a really light ceaser. He messed up his hairline, and nicked him in the back of his head. On top of being rough with my son, and holding his head hard because my son is diagnosed with hyperactivity, and moves a lot. My son was even saying stop for how he was movinghis head, and holding his head. I also felt like he really rushed his job. We love the barber we usually see I forget his name but he is patient with my son, takes his time, and makes sure his hair is perfect. The only reason why I went Monday is because that was the only day I could get there, plus I didn’t know our usual barber doesn’t work Monday’s which is a bummer. I advise you to never go to Rob or to this salon honestly. I would post pics but I’m a mama who is protective of my son, and doesn’t like posting him online like that. Horrible experience!

I'm so glad I found my hair dresser Leanne whom I followed from Beauty bar at Wappingers! She always cut my straight dark hair so perfectly! Some of the other hairdressers from Beauty bar are at C&C now as well so they have way more great female hairdressers! I highly recommend Leanne 👌 I also had eyebrow threading done here too so 1 stop shop for all your hair Beauty needs for a good price!

If you're a man and want a fade, 100% DO NOT COME HERE. I SWEAR TO GOD DO NOT COME HERE! Go to a barber in Wappingers down the road, anywhere else really. Cut my hair in 5 min by buzzing most of it off and made it unstylable. It'll grow back, but my business here sure won't. Never again. Barber was Rosemary. [Avoid at all costs]

Not very friendly and overpriced. I felt very unwelcomed as soon as I walked in there to get my haircut. I should have just went to regular salon. I would have gotten a better haircut. Better customer service for the same price.

Very nice lady from a different country , but terrible at doing hair, I asked for regular curls, soft loses curls and it took her almost and hour and then she got to the front and one side she curled back and the other side she curled forward it look terrible and they were so tight , I asked long soft curls , and she was like 10 minutes late when I arrived I was left waiting and it was just terrible all around I had to go home get it wet and fix it, and 60 dollars later I had to redo the whole thing, and to add to it another hairstylist walked in to her shift and started talking to the woman doing my hair and told her her whole life story of the day before , just very unprofessional .and then she had to make to derogatory remarks about who ever did my highlights lol, it was just awfull

The women who cut my hair was sweet.. but she did not want to listen to any of my directions. I didn’t not get the cut I wanted and was more than disappointed. She also put half a bottle of leave in conditioner in my hair while cutting it saying it makes it smooth for the cut.. I had to ask her to wash my hair out. Then she tried charging me $55 for a cut and style.. I came in with clean dry hair asking for a dead end trim and walked away with washed hair, dried poorly and a cut I am not happy with.

I love C&C Unisex Hair Design, they have an amazing barber working there named "Jesus" who I go to religiously if I want the best fade (haircut). He is an excellent barber and always makes my hair look amazing, I always leave the salon happy and highly recommend him as a barber!

My stylist was Rhondy (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and she listened to my hair concerns and looked at the pictures I brought. She gave me an excellent haircut and I couldn’t be happier. She also has a wonderful personality and is so friendly! I’ll definitely request her in the future.

I had my hair colored on February 19th 2024 and it only lasted maybe two weeks. Very upset as I spent almost $200. The first picture was 2/19/24 and second picture is 3/5/24

I would like to suggest that you listen to the people who answer your phones. That is the first impression that people get of your business. My experience of calling to schedule an appointment has been very poor. I called to cancel and reschedule my appointment because I am sick. The young lady on the phone was so rude. I honestly thought about calling back and cancelling the appointment and going somewhere else where they treat their clients like they are happy to hear from them. I was office administrator so I did this for a living. I would never have hired anyone who acted like your employee.

Don't use Cindy. She told me she doesn't know what an inch is although, per her, she has been cutting hair for 40 years. She basically refused to cut my hair because she couldn't figure out how much an inch was ... even after her 40 years experience. (I am not sure if she can even make change for a dollar yet). She should be fired for the way she talked me. She treated me terrible. It is ridiculous that this kind of service is allowed at C&C when management is aware that it is happening. I spoke with the owner and he only offered a different stylist. After 15 years, I will never go back!

Had a horrible experience today with my child. I arrived and upon arrival I checked in with front desk. They were friendly and quick to get me a barber,John, for my child whom is a TODDLER. The barber however had to 0 to no patience for him. I have been to several barbers before and never have I ever witnessed a barber throw his clipper on the table out of frustration. Besides that he was aggressive when holding my child’s head, my child even attempted to remove his hand from the head. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Will never return.

Here's the deal: when you come here for a service, you're going to be paired with someone from a very mixed bag of nuts, so to speak. I've had good, bad, and mediocre work done here. My former stylist worked here and was amazing, but sadly, she relocated. I had a really bad experience last time. The woman who did my hair (a simple wash, trim, and style) was very kind, but did not know what she was doing. Not only did she not do a great job, she took forever. She also made some disparaging comments about my hair while working on me. The goal was to relax, unwind, and indulge myself - and then leave feeling fresh and having a great hair day. That did not happen. I am still perplexed at the glacial pace in which she moved. It was astounding. If you don't mind the possibility of the job being done wrong and are okay with taking a gamble, then you can try this place. It's definitely affordable, so there's that. But...oftentimes, you get what you pay for. If you actually DO care about the end results, I would go elsewhere. The extra money will be worth it and you will have a competent stylist. Also, it is absurd that in this day and age, you cannot leave a tip when you pay with credit. How backwards and antiquated is that? I have deliberately had to carry cash at this facility, just so I can tip my stylist. Many people seldom carry cash. This is inconvenient and silly. It speaks to the owners' cheapness. A huge turnoff. Am happy to likely never go there again.
